What's the strangest coincidence you've ever experienced? 

Story 17: OP got some kind of divine revelation from the Christmas Spirit to pick that gift. That was way too perfect to be a random coincidence.

I got pulled for a random drug test at work. SS number was how you verified your identity. I read mine off and the gal looks like she got kicked in the stomach. I asked if she was ok, and she said I thought you were telling me my SS number. Turns out we had consecutive SS numbers. Washington and Michigan babies in a time when parents had to send off for them. It was pretty crazy.

My great-grandmother was admitted to the hospital. Mom, me, and my grandmother all arrived at the hospital together and they parked side by side in an empty row of the parking garage. It was early afternoon. As we rode the elevator to the correct floor, an older lady got on and my grandmother and she started talking about whom they were visiting and why. We didn’t know this woman, but when she asked if it was alright to pray for our hospitalized family member, we suggested praying that both patients made it through their crisis healthy and recovered quickly. Then we went our separate ways. We stayed past visiting hrs because my grandmother used to work at the hospital and the floor is made up of her former coworkers who adored her. When we leave, the same older lady gets on the elevator. Again, she wants to pray. In her prayer she talks about looking out for the people God places in our path to hold us steady or just be by our side as a reminder that we have support. At the ground level, we find out she has also parked in the garage, on the same level, and we offer to walk with her to her car. We walk out to find the level is completely empty except for 3 cars in the back row parked side-by-side. Hers, my grandmother’s, and my mother’s. The look of shock on all of their faces as they realized they were “by each other’s side” was a beautiful moment to behold. But it was the way all four of us burst into tears and hugged that I can’t forget. We never saw her again.

When I was a kid, we lived in a mid-sized city in the Upper Midwest. We were pretty close to our next-door neighbors, and somewhat kept in touch when my family and I moved to the East Coast when I was eight. A couple years later, my mom is in a business trip in Austin, Texas. We have no real connection to anywhere in Texas and to my knowledge our former neighbors didn’t either; it’s just where my mom’s conference was being held. Anyways, my mom is in a random restaurant with some of her work friends, when someone taps her on the back. It’s our neighbor. Neither of them had any idea the other was even in the state, 1000+ miles away from where either lived, but they both happened to be in the same restaurant on the same night.

When I was young my father found a strange wart on his back, ran some tests and they had to surgically remove it because it showed early signs of cancer. Fast forward 6 years, we are at a friend's house on Christmas and my mom has bought me some beefy ski gloves, just to keep me warm, there were no ski resorts around nor we were planning to visit one. I was a small boy and got into my head that they were boxing gloves, and I'm sitting behind my dad on the bed who is just looking at some work stuff on his laptop. He isn't paying too much attention to me at the time and I lightly punch the left side of his back with my bare hand, he doesn't react and I think "when I wear that glove, he's going to feel something, surely". I put on the glove and do the exact same motion, didn't even try to hurt him, but he jumps up in pain and I feel like I have immense power with those gloves. Holidays are over and my father still has an annoyance in that area and I had felt really bad because I had "used my powers to hurt the people I love". They run some tests again and as it was described to me, I popped a "pimple" inside of dad's back, that turned into a hematoma, they remove it surgically and run some more tests, it's cancer, which took his life after 4 years. When I was older a doctor friend of ours who had diagnosed the cancer told me that if I did not land that blow, the cancer would have silently killed my dad in just a matter of months.

Mine is how I claim that "Halle Berry stalked me". Not really of course, but 3 separate times, years apart, she filmed a scene for a movie directly in front of my work. These were 3 different workplaces, in 3 different cities and she was the only person in the scenes being shot. All three times I was early for work so I would watch them prep and maybe catch a glimpse of her before my start time. I never had time to stay and meet her. She doesn't know who I am, but yet she still stalked me over many years. I moved further away and she has since quit her stalking ways. LOL

It was RIGHT HERE on your channel! In your "worst teacher break downs" video, I was a student in the class with the ducks psychology teacher. At first I was thinking "hey I had a teacher like that!" But every detail was identical. When you got to the part about giving the graduation ducks, I knew for certain it was Mrs. V -- literally the weirdest coincidence in a long time!

Im an airline pilot from Oklahoma. I meet a fedex pilot out on the road . We get to talkin about where hes from and where my family is from. I tell him the road my mom grew up on, thousands of miles away... He says "is your mom Mari Gehoski?" He grew up next door to her as a kid! My mom knew exactly who he was when i told her.

My husband’s best friend found my mother-in-law’s keys! There was a fob from big engineering company and our friend remembered that hubby’s mom works there, calls hubby, hubby calls his mom and she says no, her keys arent lost. She decided to check anyway (much later in the call) and surprise, no keys. To this day this incident is crazy to me - our friend knows exactly one person from this engineering company and it’s her keys he had just found. We lost this friend almost 5 years ago, we miss him dearly.

Two stories. My brother was backpacking through Europe and randomly ran into our Physics/Calculus teacher in the Swiss Alps (we're from the US). A few years back I went on a road trip. I was at a National Park halfway across the country and was riding on a shuttle from the parking lot and started chatting with the person sitting next to me. It turns out he was the principal of the elementary school I'd gone to (he wasn't the principal when I went there).

I had a friend who worked at a food smoker factory in Oregon. One day he was fighting the glue aplicacator so all the boxes were going through the line unsealed. When he finally got the adjustment correct, there was a truck waiting that had to be gone ASAP. My friend was keeping a close eye on the box line, and when the last box was about to be sealed, someone grabbed the (his beloved northwest beer company) hat and they held him back until the truck was gone. Fast forward almost a year later and I was visiting a buddy in Arizona, and he mentioned he wanted a smoker, and I talked him into buying the Oregon brand and when we opened the box,,,, yea you guessed it.

Recently, a murder mystery series was on TV. In reality one of the actors had retired and on this episode they quoted he had moved abroad to a certain city to explain his absence. I then said to my partner that a classmate of mine had also moved to the same place years ago. In this episode, an unknown female had got murdered and they had to find her identity. When they did, imagine my shock when the name they quoted was exactly the same one as the classmate that had moved away!!!

I went to a regional competition one time and made one friend. This guy lived several states away from me. I add him as a friend on discord and we go our separate ways. While we are chatting on discord, I discover he is currently going to college no more than 10 miles away from me. Insane!

Story 16: thats a thing i call a once in a life time accidental summoning

Once when I was a kid, my family was on holiday about 2 hours from where we lived. At a cafe my parents get chatting with a local couple, and they mention they almost lived in our city. They moved here after they lost out on the house they wanted to buy, because they took the time to see a builder's report while someone else skipped the report and closed the deal a few hours earlier. You know where this is going. It was our house. My parents are the ones who decided they didn't have time to see the report.

One day I was scheduled to go and visit my grandma. My grandpa was in the hospital, so she was lonely. I told her that I would pack up the family and come on Friday night. Then, that Friday, I ended up having to work late. So I called her and said we would be there first thing in the morning instead. She was OK with that. By the way, this was in 2000, before either of us had a cell phone. Well, after talking to her, I took my car out to fill the tank with fuel so that we could get an early start. It was 250 miles to her house, and we could do it on one tank. While I was out, I got an overwhelming urge to go see her immediately. I mean, it was like I had an invisible and silent something was screaming in my ear, GO NOW!!! I filled the tank, got home, and told the wife to pack up because we were leaving right now. She didn't quite understand and I couldn't quite explain it, but she could see that I wasn't kidding, and we got on the road. We didn't think to call her, either. We just left. We arrived at grandma's house between 11:30 and midnight and got her up when we knocked on the door. She answered it and was, of course, surprised to see us, but grateful none the less. She wasn't sleeping because she was worried about grandpa. They were married 62 years and rarely spent any time apart. Well, about 10 or 15 minutes after we arrived, while my wife was still putting the children to bed, the phone rang. I went with grandma to her bedroom where the phone was (land line, remember) and it was the hospital. Grandpa had passed away. He died, I later learned, about 30 minutes before I arrived and the medical staff had been trying to revive him. Finally, they realized that their efforts were fruitless, and they called grandma. If I hadn't been there, sitting next to her, when she got the call, I have no doubt whatsoever that the shock would have killed her. It was extremely difficult as it was, but I held onto her while my wife called my mother, who was only 5 minutes away. Mom agreed, when we compared notes, that it was my presence, my whole family probably, that kept her from dying right there from a broken heart. The next four years were difficult as her mental, emotional, and physical, condition deteriorated. She was quite open about not wanting to stay alive any longer. Finally, she was able to join my grandpa. I think about them both every day. I was extremely close to them and very grateful that my children, even though they were small at the time, remember their great grandparents. But my sudden urge to be with my grandma, and my presence when she got that call, was absolutely the weirdest coincidence that ever happened to me.

I actually can relate to story 3 My coincidence story is actually pretty sweet and also a little sad So when I was a kid I lived in Toronto, Ontario, Canada well outside Toronto in the city of Vaughn and well I went to school with this kid named Miles and miles was a really good kid. He was actually my good friend in kindergarten we would hang out a lot after school his parents would drop off nice gifts for the class like pizza if it was his birthday or other nice gestures. Well one day we were waiting for his parents because it was his birthday and his parents were going to pick him up and take him and me and some of the other kids we were friends with for dinner. But instead of his parents walking in, it was his aunt and uncle with a police officer saying somebody hit their car head on at full speed on the way to pick us up and well it was devastating for everyone. Our best friend just lost his parents on his birthday. It was heartbreaking... ... Fast forward. He ended up moving from Toronto to California. I didn't know where I thought I would have never seen him again.... Now when I was 17 I was on Facebook and found someone named max and became friendly with him We were talking about things and then looked at his friends list and saw someone named miles and his hometown said maple (a suburb of the city of Vaughn) thinking it was just a coincidence meeting another person from my hometown so I send a request. We got to talking and odd. He said he wanted the same school as me and I asked which class he was in. I asked my mom and she said the name of the teacher and what's the same name. It hit me. It was miles my friend miles I just cried so hard when I found out it was him so many years later me now living on the east coast and him on the west somehow found one other ..... Sadly we lost content after 3 years and max said he also lost content with him Miles if you're out there in California. I hope you're doing okay old friend Sorry for the long post here,

Many years ago I looked at setting a business with this guy who had a suitable building, he was a complete nutcase, during the planning process he threatened to sack me 3 times. BEFORE I started working with him. So I called it quits. 6 years later I working in West London about 150 miles from where the business was meant to be, one of the nurses I was working with told me about an ancient building that was a suspected arson attempt by the owner. She knew this as her boyfriend was the arson investigator for the town. I recognised the name of the building I had been looking at and told her how the 'fire' started. This was exactly what the excuse used by the building owner!!! Whats the chances of bumping in to her???? 50 Million to one ?

The bird poop one made me remember a time where the inverse happened to me. I was reading while walking, not safe, whatever, and mid sentence I just... Stopped. Full halt. No reason. Right where my book would be, a pigeon relieved itself. I still could see it flying away when I looked up.

My mum has an online group chat of old high school classmates, most of which live in different countries now (Asia, America, Europe, everywhere). One year they had a big reunion trip where they all toured between a couple of people's cities. She turns up at the first city, and runs into another old high school classmate on the way to the first get together. He didn't know about the reunion because he wasn't in the group chat, but he came along with the mum to that get together!

About 6 years ago I gave myself a deadline to move out of my mom's apartment. I was apartment hunting and there was 1 place I really liked, so I paid the $25 application fee and visited the complex. I decided to check the reviews online of the place and there was nothing but bad reviews and I no longer wanted to move there. An office admin knocked on my mom's door about a minute or 2 later saying the apartment I inquired about just came available and it's mine if I'm still interested. I moved in a few months later and is living here

I'm a Starfield fan, and I stayed up until 2am one night playing it nonstop. When I finally decided it was time to stop, I stood up and walked outside for some air. The sky was crystal clear and full of stars. Saturn was visible, so was Orion and the moon, and there was a starcluster that looked like the very beginnings of a galaxy cloud. I stood there staring at the sky for 5 or 10 minutes, just drinking in the natural beauty that I then realized couldn't be replicated by any game or graphics engine.

Just resurfaced in my head. In 8th grade, I was selected to go on a field trip during the day for a music event (was a choir/theatre kid then and still am.) as it was to show the high school music teachers the talent of the 8th graders. After we get there, me and the other 8th graders in my choir are taken to the practice room, in which I learn that we’ll be there until like 8:00 (It was 12:30) and we will be singing with the other choirs from the different middle schools. Come performance time, I’m assigned my spot on the riser (thing you stand on to sing) and we sit in the audience for the tenors and basses to sing their song (tenors and basses sing, then altos and sopranos, then everyone.) I make conversation with the girl sitting next to me. Turns out, we had the same name, same beginning of last name, we also both had a twin brother with the same name. We also had the same choir director (she taught at 2 schools.) Never got her information since she was at a different middle school, but I still think about it.

Sorry in advance for my English. I was friends with a deaf guy in school. I knew he had a big brother because he was friends with my neighbor and I saw him often even if we never played together. Years later, I've changed cities and I'm working in a retail store. My mother worked there too, taking care of the payroll. "Say? Does a guy named K rings a bell to you?" "Kind of, why?" "His specimen has the same street name as our previous address." Which was true. They lived just further away on our street. When I saw K during break, I had to ask. "Tell me, do you have a brother?" "Yeah, his name is M and he lives in Previous City" "And he's deaf, right?" He looks at me like I was a ghost. "How do you know that?!" "Remember S?" "Yeah?" "I was his little neighbor" We've spent the rest of the break speaking about things after I left and where this friend was. Good memories :)

Story 4 warms my heart, I like the good and happy stories

I have a good story. In my first year of college I met my suitemate and we quickly become friends. At lunch one day I was talking about my old job and when I mentioned the name she looked up at me. Apparently we had worked at the same vet hospital, but she started working a week after I left. She lives right by my old high school. We had a mutual friend who knew both of us because they transferred to her school in our junior year. My siblings even describe her as another me because we are so similar. We just kept barely missing each other in life.

So... I had not one, but two coincidences happen to me literally on Friday. I've started becoming really good friends with one of my coworkers, and she invited me to a line dancing club on Friday. Told me before she was going to pick me up we had to stop by a friend's house to help her with her hair. We walk in, and the girl's boyfriend is my first boyfriend's cousin... very weird coincidence, but we get to the club first because they were taking too long getting ready, and decided to have a friend join them. They arrived after we already danced to one of the songs, and who was the friend of the friend? One of my ex best friends cousins... so the cousin of my first ex, and the cousin of my ex best friend are apparently best friends, and also know my coworker through one of their girlfriends... I wasn't happy to see either of them initially, but the cousin of the ex best friend is literally one of the nicest people ever, and was so respectful of if I didn't want my old friends to know that he saw me. Although, I did get stuck with just him for a small portion of the night because before I knew it, some of the girls disappeared without telling me, and we had some awkward conversations... but he was super sweet. His best friend? Not so much

So I got a job at a small company, less than 30 people. It's about 1.5 hours away from where I grew up in a tiny village. Talked to a coworker that had been working there for about two years. Talked about where we grew up, went to school and university. Turns out our resumes must be almost identical. We grew up in the same neighborhood. You can see his house from mine. We went to the same Kindergarden and elementary school, but I'm a little bit older so he went there a year later. We went to the same high school, had almost the same classes but again, one year appart. After that I immediately went to university while he served his military duty for a year. I dropped out of that university after a year and went to serve my civil service, while he started at that University, but also dropped out after a year and went to study at another university. My civil service wasn't complete within a year so I went to that other university a year after him. I had to retake some classes due to the pandemic so I graduated two years after him. We both knew someone else that already worked at my current company and decided to apply there. So there we were, living an almost identical life but have never met before. We've probably seen each other in passing somewhere but that didn't register somehow.

My strange coincidence is that I was rollerblading and I saw a black cat run across the street in front of me. I thought to myself "I know it is just superstition but what if something bad really did happen?" moments later my rollerblades came unbuckled and untied causing me to fall and break my wrist.

15:52 no way I had a coincidence happen to me while watching this video 😭 When I was younger, maybe 9, me and my sister were outside in our yard. She stopped moving, stood still, raised her hand up and BIRD POOP LANDED IN IT. It was gross but honestly such a coincidence. It’s also such a coincidence someone had almost the same story different context though.

I used to work in Bracknell as a ski tech. I was walking around London and i hear someone yelling and waving like loon from the top of an escalator and she points right at me i turn around and she laughs "yes I''m talking to you" turns out it was someone I'd set up once 5 years previously ( don't know how she remembered me).

Mine was i was 13 and being dropped off at a kids holiday place with no parents just reps to take us on activities. The first person i meet in my group has the same name as me (slight difference in spelling)and then discovered we also have the same birthday. Was freaky

I had a teacher in 8th grade who didn't get along pretty well with another teacher of the school. He told us the story of him going on a ski vacation pretty far away, happy he didn't have to put up with them for a while. And on top of the ski run that other teacher waved at him.

Out of boredom, I had downloaded a Hello Kitty restaurant app; I didn't keep it long, just, ya know, bored and curious. I was coming out the back seat of the car (my parents can drive, but I'm sadly not able to), and laughing, said something weird and cheesy about the "Hello Kitty" game. Cue me looking down at my feet, as I exited; a stray, but very friendly, real-life kitty decided to say "Hello" back to me! (Real life "Hello Kitty" dude actually stuck around for a few weeks!)

Trail magic, or you just stole somebody's beer? Also with that airport one I was sure it was gonna end with, "I didn't see him again until one day out of the blue... of all the gin joints in all the towns in all the world... he walks into mine."

I was very very lonely one time and at 2 am decided to go on the balcony of my apartment for a smoke, I asked the universe to please send me someone as I felt lonely and right then as if by the snap of your fingers at 2 AM my neighbor just steps out for his smoke

When I was 9 years old my mom brought me along to the hair salon with her. When we arrived there was another boy there my age. We talked & took turns playing pokemon on my gameboy for hours, when he had to leave cause his mom was finished we both were bummed out about it. Fast forward 2 weeks later my mom shipped me off to my grandma's for the summer in NYC. Tell me why I'm walking down the street with my gma in BK & the same kid from 2 weeks ago rides by me on a bike, I yelled YO he stopped looked back & he was like OH SNAP YO WASSUP , we talked for a few minutes laughed at how crazy this was & dapped it up before he rode off. This was back in 2004, never seen him again. I think of him often, hope he's doing okay in life.

The 17th story made me cry a little :')

I went to univeristy later than most. When I was graduating, I heard cheering from my parents and then one random person on the other side of the arena. When I am outside talking with my former classmates, my favorite teacher from high school walks up and congratulates me. He was there for another person's graduation. Another instance. Made a random friend back in the days of yahoo messenger. Played runescape together from time to time. Lost touch. World of warcraft rolls around and my guild on my main server implodes due to officers ignoring loot rules repeatedly in raids. A different friend invites me to play on her server, make a toon and start playing with her there. Get invited to her guild, old friend I hadn't spoken to in probably 10 years was a member of that guild.

Joined the US Navy, was supposed to go into the nuclear power program as a mechanic. After passing the "A-School" part of training, I was going through Petty Officer Indoc, as nuke's get automatically promoted long as they make it through their A-school/don't get into trouble. While there, ran into a girl from my church, well the church I used to go to 10 years ago, knew her by way of being family friends/by way of our connection through the church, but hadn't seen or heard from her since we changed churches. Well she was there at nuke school, and in my indoc class, IIRC I was a year or two older than her too (I joined at 20 instead of 18) So at one point we had a "share your feelings" type portion? don't recall exactly what it was, but got to have a "very fun" time while she went on about how her marine boyfriend forced her to give up her first time... anyways aren't coincidences fun? Oh to add to that, not only age differences, length of not seeing each other, but we were both from california where as navy nuke school is in south carolina. Meaning we joined the navy fairly close together/or at least graduated boot camp with a very similar timeline and 10 years later, and thousands of miles away from where we were from, found ourselves in the same place.

So there’s a web comic series that I follow and the artist just recently started a Patrion where she posts behind the scenes on the chapters before they release. I have NEVER used Patrion before but because I love this artist’s work so much I gave in and signed up for the five dollars early access for the chapters (which are only posted once a month, if that!). Anyway, I was waiting in line at Universal with a friend of mine when I saw the first Patrion announcement. I got so excited and signed up for it the next morning. This was about three months ago. The coincidences started not even a week later. Later that week, I was at a Youth Group meeting and talking with the same friend from Universal. She asked about that comic artist and how I was enjoying the Patrion content and just as I was telling her about it I got a notification on my phone: It was a post on Patrion from that artist! We laughed about it and moved on in our conversation. A few weeks later, I’m eating dinner at a restaurant with my mom. I pull up my phone to answer a text and I suddenly have this weird feeling to check Patrion. I have notifications on (as shown from the last story) so I already knew there wouldn’t be anything new, but I looked anyway and Nothing. I turn off my phone after checking and continue the conversation with my mom, but almost immediately see my phone flash with a notification. I expected it to be a response from the person I’d texted but instead I saw that it was a notification from Patrion. Both my mom and I were surprised but laughed it off. Finally, the most recent occurrence happened just the other night. I was watching RU-vid and scrolled past a video that just happened to have the same first name as the comic artist in the title and thought “hmm… the next chapter should be posted any day now” and BING! I wasn’t even done forming my thoughts before getting the notification from Patrion. I was a little freaked out tbh. Only time can tell how many more times this’ll happen! (Yes, I enjoyed the chapter)

Had been trying to find an old co worker /friend on Facebook I knew from Chicago. Found her Husband but reaching out with no response. With photos and such of her I thought maybe she had died. A few years later we moved to wichita KS and I had decided to go to Whole Foods at the last min with my husband and son to shop. I was kinda wandering around waiting for them when I heard my name. It was her! She said she only came for an event that day and I almost hadn't come at all. We only lived there a year but she ended up being a godsend of a friend.

16:08 - 16:26 I had a similar experience, when I was playing a game called Battle Bay a while ago (sad that Rovio killed the game). For those of you who don't know, it was basically battleships beating each other up. At some point, I was approaching a corner, where I knew the person I was trying to track down was going to appear. The person I was tracking down was using a boat called a "speedster", meaning they were able to have nitro on their ship (it basically scoots your ship forward a semi-big distance in a very short amount of time, making you hard to hit). I was aiming my railgun at the corner (large damage per shot, but abysmal reload, so I had to not miss), the person came out from behind the obstacle, and in that millisecond, I felt they were going to use their nitro, so I aimed wildly ahead of them fully expecting to miss, but I was somehow right and hit them, and managed to win the game. TL;DR: I had a similar experience, where I basically gambled with a railgun, and it really paid off.

In 2006 I dropped off some stuff at a charity donation bin. In front of the bin I found a flip-open cell phone on the ground. I opened it (no passcode required) and scrolled through the contacts. One was labeled “Mom’s cell phone”. I quickly called the number (if you can’t trust Mom, who can you trust?) and she answered. I explained the situation. It seems that the owner’s mom lived in Birmingham Alabame, which is 165 miles from my city of Chattanooga, Tennessee. BUT-Mom was on her way to Chattanooga to visit her son at that very moment. AND-Mom was only about 10 miles from her son’s house, which was in the same part of town where I happened to be going! Within no more than 10 minutes, we both arrived at a grocery store where we’d agreed to meet, and I handed her the phone. After thanking me she said, “I can’t wait to see my son and hand him his phone! He’ll wonder how on earth I got it!” 😁 Yeah, I wish I could have seen the look on his face, too. 😁

I once happened to be at the same show as my social studies teacher from high school. He had retired my second year (he was one of those teachers that made the class fun) and I had no idea. It was fun. Another time me and my parents went out to eat at a restaurant close to my home, at that very same time a teacher from my junior grade showed up to eat with his family!

I have one. I was stationed in the Philippines, and went out to a local bar that night. The bar was very crowded, so I was moving around to a different spot. As I'm walking I see a guy who looks very familiar, and he is looking at me as well. I was 20 at the time. We got closer and I said Danny? The guy looked just like someone I went to sixth grade with. He said my name back. He still looked pretty much the same. He was on leave with the Marines and we happened to run into each other on the other side of the world.

For the secret Santa one, i remember hearing that when the lady opened the book, she noticed it was her book, i think it had her signature or something like that

I have a similar story to the anime con one, although not quite as crazy! I was in a humanities class in college and one group of students asked if they could perform a one act okay instead of a presentation. The brother of one of the students came in to film it for them and sat next to me while he did. Anyway a year or so later the guy's brother and me ended up working together on the school's literature magazine and became friends! Our tenth wedding anniversary is in June ❤

I'm English and legally 30 years old: 20 years ago during a day trip to England's famous olde touristy town Shrewsbury - it's on the border of Cymru (Wales) [in fact there's a bridge and one side is England and the other is Cymru] - me, my younger Brother and my old man - whilst just pottering about NOT part of a tour - bumped into the Son of one of my old man's old work colleague's! They hadn't seen each other for at least 7 years though neither of them looked that different, if my memory serves me correctly he was also either day-tripping or on holiday ...I suggested afterwards (when once again we were just us / the family group) that we should go and buy a lottery ticket ...but we did not.

Went to a rodeo in the middle of nowhere town in Alabama. We were invited by my daughter's friend and her mom and I had dated previously and were occasional fwbs. I pull up to the entrance with my son to pay the gate fee, and the guy handing out tickets said it was $20 per person not per vehicle. He looked familiar and as I went back to an ATM to get another $20 I placed him. As I drove up I managed to get him as ticket person again. We exchanged and then I said, "hey are you......?" "Yeah?" "Hey, it's (my name)" and I reach to shake his hand. He's like "Nice to meet you." " No dude, it's me, we went to high school, graduated 2005" His eyes widened when he realized. Apparently he was the head football coach there and was just handling the fundraiser side of the ticket gathering.

Ran into someone online who was from the city I was originally from... population of 5,000 people. Not only that but thy grew up on the same street.

one happened while i was watching this video. i was playing minecraft and i was filling shulker with building supplies for a project. right when the fire part in the oliver twist story i lost that shulker in lava which is so funny. frusterating but not the end of the world, those geodes are hard to find tho

Sent a random guy a friend request and now we're married. I added a random guy that lived hours from me. Didn't talk for a year but I'd tell my friends "I love him" because he was funny. Finally talked to him and on our 2nd date his friend asked if he could take over his lease. He asked me if I wanted to move in and I did. We've been together over 4 years and are married now

I was watching a school dodgeball game for a school event, and I said to my friend, “You know how in Mario Sports Mix, the ball sometimes ricochets off of players? I have never seen somebody catch a ball that someone has thrown in real life.” Not 10 seconds later, a ball bounced off of a player, and their teammate ran over and caught it. My friend called me “magic man” for the rest of the week.

I've had quite a few coincidences but they are nothing compared to the ones in the video. I saw a gray Toyota Supra while driving to school for two days in a row, and it was going in the same direction! Also, there was a black Lamborghini that I used to see when I went to the park with my family. Also, near the intersection my family drove across the most, there used to be a red Lamborghini parked at a gun store, along with a Lucid air that we saw a couple of times. I also see an orange Corvette C8 at that same park sometimes. The most surprising coincidence in my opinion was when my family was taking a walk in Scottsdale with our old friends who moved to Canada a while ago. We met some other friends who were also walking there too.

It used to be if you combined half the 800 number and half the local number for Disney Dining Reservations, you'd get me. It only happened a couple times, but it was enough that I knew it was a possibility. So one day I'm walking through California Adventure and my phone rings. It's somebody that wants to make a reservation at the restaurant that I was just walking in front of, so I handed them the phone and they took the reservation.

For story 13, it's the White River in Indiana not the white water river, though I'm sure there are some places you can to white water rafting in the White River. Just be cautious with it because it looks slow-moving, but has a wicked undercurrent that can quickly cause damage or death.

I know what he means by 'disposed of the coke'- I'd have done the same, a nose is a great way to get rid of the stuff. When it comes to coincidences though, it's eerie for me- every other Day or so I know something is going to happen just a few seconds before up to a a Day or Two before. I am pretty sure it's just that we unconsciously see a thing and when we think of it later it feels like an original thought- there's a word for this (that I've forgotten) and it's very common. That's just premonition, which many of these stories are not- those insane coincidence meetings- I've had a few in my life and it's always freaky but- the World is smaller than we think, and also larger than we think- it's strange.

I was travelling around europe, i met a few people in a hostel and we chatted about where we came from. I told them i live in london. An australian guy said he lived there for a little while too. The american girl said, "oh my god, my ex was from london, ill bet you guys kniw him." (Because, as everyone knows, london is only small rural village.) But it turns out the australian guy was his housemate for 2 years. And they lived in my apartment before I moved in...

Funniest coincidence I've experienced is meeting someone who lived in the same small California city that I did as a kid. We did not know eachother before(generation gap), but it's still an amusing coincidence, considering it's current population is still less than 200,000.

One time I was having lunch with my partner and a few friends. One friend had balled up a peice of tinfoil and jokingly threw it at my GF. Just then I had put my hand out (I gesture with my hands alot when I talk) and managed to accidentally catch the tinfoil ball. Not the biggest coincidence ever, but it was funny.

I know I'm late but here's mine. I went to Japan in 2023, and one of my nets was a woman who lived there. She's a member of my aunt's Tai-chi classes. But that's not the best part. So, last year I got a dog. I didn't really plan to have a dog, but my father was terminally ill and I knew I needed a cuddle buddy. Breed of choice, Russkiy Toy. Breeder of choice, someone we met at an exposition a few years back. It's the breeder's last litter of this breed. It's a litter of three puppies due for very soon and there's a single spot left. Puppies were to be born on the 35th of May. Instead, they were born on my father's birthday. 2 girls and 1 boy. The two girls are cute, one has longer fur. The boy is an absolute show dog. I'm pretty sure the other two people were gonna take the two girls, leaving me with the boy. Welp, I got to take home the gal with longer fur. She's a moron, but a cuddly moron. But she's learning. She understands "sit" and "calm". She doesn't whine when I leave or it just takes her 30 seconds to stop.

I’ve had crazy dream things come true as well. I have a bunch of crazy weird dreams but this one is by far the strangest bc it Acutally came true. I played this game on Roblox called Pet Simulator X before it stopped updating. Anyways in this game you can have the big pets called huges and sell them at a stand. I dreamed that I would put the wrong price (I don’t remember exactly which), that I would put the huge for an insanely low price and someone would buy it. Well that happened. I was in shock at my loss for days. Sometimes when something happens (like my friend texts me) this weird sense of deja vu comes over me, like I dreamed it happened before it happened. I don’t know, I know I sound crazy but sometimes I feel like I dream the future. Intuition maybe? It’s a bit scary honestly. Sometimes my mind comes up with that craziest stuff like pasta zombies. Obviously I don’t believe those will ever exist but it’s weird. The pasta is hold a zombie virus that infects the world. Or bike fairy’s in my basement running a bike shop (I didn’t have a basement). Also I dreamed that I was hanging out with the lion guard once when I was younger. Not sure why I dreamed that but at least it was a cool experience!

A strange but sad coincidence mine and my friends cats died at the exact same time I got a sinking feeling that something passed (really odd feeling that unfortunately I’ve had a few times with pets and people you know someone has passed just not who but I had the feeling it was a cat just not fully what cat) and I texted them and they go my cat died and I was sad as hell for them comforting and then my mom later goes the cat died and shows me her texts from the person that accidentally hit our cat and it was at the exact same time

We looked at each other in utter bewilderment as the tour guide said we were correct. I thought she was just rolling with the coincidence but I did some research we were actually right. There was a little boy who was named Jack that died there.
