I recently boosted my 2018 Shelby GT350 with a 3.0 liter Gen 5 Whipple supercharger. BIG Nasty 2.0 is officially a born! I'm having to relearn how to drive the car one track day at a time. I've never experienced this amount of horsepower, it's a total game-changer. I went from 519 to the tires to 834 to the tires and switched to e85. Hoping to improve lap times once I learn how to handle this beast...

Congrats MAN! 205! You can do better. Your missing the chance to give it a squirt thru nascar and you are on then off exit of 5 into 6a. Just let the car settle a bit more and finish 5 pointing at the curb of 6. Then feed it in if advanced trak is not on. You have come so far its outstanding to see your confidence now. God bless

Awesome car, what handling/braking mods have you made if any?

Thank you sir! As far as the brakes go, everything is stock except for the racing pads. I use the Hawk DTC 70's up front and the DTC 60's in the rear. Love the brakes on this car. As far as handling goes, I'm running full Steeda suspension and I'm very happy with it so far. 👊🏻

Lol I know right... The scary thing is, the car was still pulling super hard at 170 mph. I ran out of real-estate and had to let out of it. It's crazy fast and taking a lot to get use to it. Hope all is well buddy. 👊🏻

@@316racingchannel9 That Was Awesome! Such an epic track, and so much to fine learn then fine tune. I wanted 2 more days! I'll get some video up soon. Had a 2:10 and was beating it by a couple seconds when I actually had to brake for traffic on the back straight :(. Who cares, it was so much fun.

Awesome video. What cooling mods do you have to handle the blower? Engine, rad, trans, diff?

Oil cooler, trans cooler and diff cooler. Knock on wood, I'm happy with all temps. I put on the GT500 oil pan too. It holds 12 quarts vs the 10 that the oem pan held and put the car on e85 which helps with temps too. 👊🏻

@@316racingchannel9watch that oil pan. My voodoo broke the pickup tube mount from the vibrations. Did the same on an FP350S oil pan and pickup tube

I saw your videos on it. Before it was installed, I took it to a metal shop and had them weld a bracket to it to make it stronger. I would not have done that if I didn't see your video on it, so thank you!! I'll send you a picture of it on Instagram. Finally, I'm coming to COTA next year. I'm looking forward to it. I'm gonna go for 180 next time I go. Gotta have a great exit out of 12. That's a must. Then, stay in it as long as I possibly can. I just might be able to pull it off. I'm gonna try buddy!

@@316racingchannel9 Good luck, hope you got the safety gear to back it all up just in case. That's some serious speed, not even IMSA hits 180 there (granted they run a good amount of aero).
