What's the use of feeling blue | Hazbin Hotel Animatic 

Michael has always been Lucifers younger twin brother. Jealous of his older brother being more beloved by their father, as well as Lucifers power and authority being Heavens second in command. Then during Lucifers rebellion Michael spoke their fathers true name and gained greater power than his brother and used that to defeat Lucifer. Michael now fills the station that Lucifer once had, but he's not as good at it due to being made as a warrior while Lucifer was made to be a leader. Michael doesn't want Lucifer to return to Heaven and reclaim his spot and will do whatever he can to prevent Lucifers return.

This is perfection! I love the fact that sera misses lucifer 😭👌👌👌 I can totally see sera and luci being close friends growing up. This might be why sera is so protective of Emily because she’s afraid to lose someone else she cares about

I like the idea of Michael, acting as lead angel, being the one who's all "we need to continue to leading Heaven, no time for mourning our fallen brother" while inside he's just as broken by the loss as everyone else.
