I think my personal favorite version of this deck I've seen so far is Roffle's Elise and Benny Amara deck, where you empty your own deck to get the Monke, then copy the opponent's shitty deck full of Weasels and Birbs to turn them into Legendaries.
I have a similar deck, I call it bird priest. I've cut Weasel in favor of mistress of mixtures for more healing througout the game (main reason I cut weasel is because it does not work with Xyrella's Battlecry) and I use Benedictus + purifier to get a deck of random priest cards. Works rarely, but when it does its a beauty to behold :)
It works with Xyrella's battlecry. It didn't work before, but it's been some time now that it does work. And I use the Amara quest for more healing. And instead of purifier, I use Elise to change the birds and weasels I Benedicted into random legendaries :) I'm not sure why you say it rarely works, it actually works quite often, as long as opponent is not super aggro. I also got Khartut defender and other stuff for defense.
@@PedroPedrouille-ly3bo For every weasel that died on your board, it shuffles a weasel in your opponent's deck, and for every albatross that died on your board, it shuffles 2 albatrosses into your opponent's deck.
I played my version of this deck a while ago, ran Brann in order to make xyrella even more extreme, was very fun watching big priests resurrecting birds.
Also, what I've learned from this is that Ulthok does have a purpose: for baiting the opponent into taking a buttload of damage off of Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny there
