You can but after it is legally proven not like where the court decides in 2019 but the mosque was razed in 1992 when the Court explicitly ordered not to. Where is the decency and legal respect? Can't you do that without riots and mocking other communities? People are not against claiming what is yours but the way you do it? Indians claim to be democrat and peaceful and then when it comes to Muslim it is just hate and allegations.

But you can see now the other parties are doing hungama and talking against the court. Indians are known to be democrat and peaceful and we are doing that. And I think the other party is also indian. Then let them appeal for ASI survey. ASI survey is a legal procedure. Why are they appealing against ASI survey!!!?? Is it democratic and peaceful community!!!?

I do agree that our primary goal should be progress but also need to acknowledge our roots. As Mecca and Medina hold the utmost significance place for Muslims, similarly for Hindus, Benaras, Ayodha and Mathura are of significant importance, the culture of Hindu role models (God depiction). Taking this fact into account, I expect Muslims to acknowledge it and let go of their claim at least in these 3 places. Also, Hindus must limit and agree not to demand anymore. in 1995, the Waqf Act comes into force, which gives the right to the Waqf Board across the country to claim its rights on any property and the aggrieved party cannot even appeal in any court of the country against this so please make a video on that

Your statement clearly highlights the lack of legal knowledge or maybe due to misinformation from Unindentified sources. Section 83 of the of the Waqf act clearly states that all matters relating to the affairs of waqf board can be challenged in waqf tribunal and being aggrieved by the judgement, the interested party can move into writ jurisdiction before high court and later to even supreme court. I would also like to bring into light the fact, that in accordance with the judgement of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the waqf board is bound to conduct survey before classifying any property as waqf property and subsequent appeal against the order of the waqf board can be filed by aggrieved person before the waqf tribunal and thereafter the aggrieved person can move to HC and S,so there is no question of unilateral action or acquisition of property by the waqf board.

The photos of structure which you have shown make it very clear whether it is Masjid or not. If both sides agree to the solution that Ayodhya, Kashi & Mathura are sacred places for Hindus , and we give it to them, all tensions will go away. General public is ready for such compromise but leaders from all sides dont want it. People has to decide whether they want better future for their next generation or riots. But this need to be taken positively by all sides. Always expectations of understanding can't be from one side, other side also need to show maturity an empathy.

Well I am an atheist but I sincerely believe that grand temples should be constructed in Kashi and Mathura. It is true that if the places of worship act, 1991 is repealed then there would be 100s of demands all over the country to construct temples in place of mosques where the temples were demolished by Mughals and a lot of resource and time would be wasted. However, Hindus do deserve proper temples at the places of their most revered Gods - Lord Shiva and Lord Krishna in Kashi and Mathura respectively.

मध्ययुग में हिंदुओं की आंतरिक फूट तथा अतिउदारता नेअरबवादी विदेशी मुसलमानों की कट्टरता का मार्ग प्रशस्त किया और इस प्रकार भारत के उत्तर भारत के एकांश -दिल्ली के आसपास के क्षेत्रों पर- मुसलमानों का अधिकार हो गया और वह 1526 से औरंगजेब के मरने 1707 तक शिवाजी, लचित बोरफुकन भारतीय वीरों के सक्रिय विरोध के बीच कायम रहा।इसी बीच अंग्रेज नाम की एक यूरोपीय व्यापारिक जाति बचे खुचे मुसलमान शासकों को समाप्त कर भारत पर अपना आधिपत्य स्थापित करने में सफल रहे। अंग्रेज मुसलमानों की तरह असभ्य और बर्बर नहीं, एक सभ्य,शिक्षा प्रवण आधुनिक जाति थी।अतः यहाँ से भारत आधुनिक उन्नति के साथ नये रूप में विकसित होने के साथ साथ हिंदुओं में अपने प्राचीन गौरवशाली परंपरा की स्मृति के साथ नये राष्ट्रीय चेतना के युग में प्रवेश किया।और भारत 1947 में अंग्रेजों के आधिपत्य से भी स्वतंत्र हो गया।

I am an Indian born and bred in the UK, if anyone reads this do not become like the guy in this video. We are told the same nonsense here all day that all that matter is economy, education etc. These govts and the bootlickers want us on our hamster wheel all day. If you are even part human hearing these stories of the Mandirs destroyed years ago in India would bring tears to your eyes. There is absolutely nothing wrong if India becomes a country that embraces it's history as the only Hindu nation on earth, as well as being economically successful. As we emerge as a nation in the economically developed world I would prefer (as I hope most do), that we are proud of our heritage. Being the lackies of the west to get the crumbs they'll throw your way is not success. There is more to life than GDP.

our focus should be surely development , inflation, economy, employment but these also go hand in hand with all communities. In my opinion It will not be progressive that one community just accept the truth or past and one community keep hiding behind law, rather than it should be like this that the oppressor one in past sould come forward to accept its past mistakes and oppressed one should forgive them. लगता है अंग्रेजी समझ में नहीं आयी हिन्दी में कोशिश करता हूँ। पहली बात मैं कोर्ट का विरोध कर रहा हूँ और मेरे कहने का मतलब इस प्रकार है कि हमारा लक्ष्य बिना किसी विरोध के विकास है, महंगाई से लड़ना है, बेरोज़गारी से लड़ना है, अर्थ वयेवस्था को आगे बढ़ाना है, पर ये बातें सभी मज़हब पर लागू होती हैं , ऐसा नहीं होता कि एक धर्म जिसपे अत्याचार हुए हैं(हिंदू) वो सच को सवीकार करके आगे बढ़े और दूसरा मज़हब क़ानून का, कोर्ट्स के , सविंधान के पीछे छिपता रहे । मेरी सोच के अनुसार एक समाधान है कि एक neutral ग्राउंड सेट करे जहां पे जिसने अत्याचार करे हैं वो माफ़ी माँगे बिना किसी किंतु परंतु के और जिसने सहा है वो बड़ा दिल दिखाकर माफ़ करे और देश को मिलकर आगे बढ़ाये। और रही बात कोर्ट के फ़ैसले की तो ये बहुत ही ग़लत है कि कोर्ट न्याय पे समय की सीमा रखे। इसमें मुझे कोई तर्क नहीं दिखता।(यहाँ मैं workship act of 1991) की बात कर रहा हूँ।
