100% with you on the warm mattes. It's why this palette is an easy pass for me. If it had green and purple mattes to really reflect the cover colours, I'd have snapped it up. As it stands, I love love love the packaging, but the inside... not so much.

Thank you for reviewing this and actually confirming it wouldn’t be my vibe. I love green eyeshadow, and let’s be honest, I wanted that packaging. But strong (ish) pink pink isn’t my thing and I’ve actually been looking for reviews of this palette that said it isn’t actually that pink, but it is, so I’m going to pass. If you want to check out a greener palette with a lot of shifty shimmers check out Sorcerous Smoke by Unearthy Cosmetics.

You do the best reviews ! I think the pans in this are removable so if you have other palettes or shadows that can fit you can swap it around. Its beautiful but not for me.Your looks always make me tempted but I was naughty and got the last 2 Natasha Denona palettes. If you get Yucca please do a review! I know you like sparkle and murky greens.

I'm on a low buy, but I really wanted to love this palette. I love dragons, I have a ton of dragon decor and it was theme of my wedding. However, I find these mattes so uninspiring. Maybe, I'll pick it up later.

It's funny... the matte colors look like an edited selection from Glaminatrix's Rich Romantic palette, but the Glaminatrix shimmers went full on GREEN flip in that palette, compared to this one 😂 like, too much green flip at times 😂

Yes the mattes do look a lot like the Rich Romantic palette, but I really didn't find that that palette looked green on me, it had a strong orange flip on me and overall gave a very floral colour palette. I'm sure it varies from person to person with what colour in the multichromes stand out the most though. This palette is a LOT more green in all of the shimmers with nothing (not even the mustard that was in the rich romantic) to let the green shine.

I thought it was just me. I have enough of these types of shimmers. I miss the old school foiled or satin finish. I have plenty of those to be honest. But new palettes all have these glitter fairy dust ones and I'm over it. Everything is a Pat McGrath "special shade" now. I like them but its in every palette now.

@@gwendolyncampbell7932 totally agree. Us normal folks are not about to walk around in public with blue, purple, green multi chrome stuff on our face everyday. It is starting to look like costume makeup.

There are much more subtle palettes and all matte palettes around if that's what you will enjoy more, BUT you won't see me buying them and reviewing them here because all matte/satin eye looks make me look puffy and unwell haha. Shimmer definitely suits me more, so that's why I buy them and talk about them. But I do agree that a lot of these bold dark shimmers aren't something I want to wear every day, but I do like using them as liners or an accent to a more basic eye look when I want to make the eyes the main focus. Just to make it super clear, my channel is not a representation of the only makeup being released at the moment, it is just a curation of what I buy or what I actively accept in PR and I have so much basic eyeshadow that I usually only buy/accept things that are a bit different to what I already have ❤️
