Pea protein and vegan protein powders in general have Way better taste and texture than whey protein,, I hate whey protein because it's thin and watery and it has no texture But besides protein I hope pea and vegan protein powders have some vitamins and minerals too

Still wreck's my blood sugar and liver enzymes. The whole version, such as split pea soup, which I really like, is even worse. Pea shoots or microgreens, consumed 3 to 5 times a week, appears to be the only exception. For the most part, this seems to be the same case for most, if not all other legumes, seeds and grains. It's been my personal experience, that the simple act of sprouting, or growing up to the first set of true leafs, known as microgreens, pretty much naturally destroys most, if not all, starches and anti nutrients in these natural foods. Fermenting, after sprouting, takes the nutrients to an even greater level.🤗
