Man your videos are superb. In the sea of fake mechanics and parts swappers on RU-vid you are a breath of fresh air. Real, straight to the point and no bs. Don't change and keep it up
Ricky is right again, not the negative sheep, who think your uploads are shit. Fantastic channel from an expert in his knowledge of all these cars, engines etc.
Carl fixes cars by mumbling at them until they giive up their secrets. Hes like the Chuck Norris of mechanics. His tool chest only contains a mirror which he uses to perfect his smug face at tea time every day lol.. we need more Carl
Shit? You are one of my favourite RU-vidrs. You express yourself in way that you will be a brilliant lecturer. Every episode something new and unexpected shows up I language or tech.
I’ve really been enjoying your videos lately. Your reaction at 17 minutes when you unplugged the coil and realised it wasn’t the issue was priceless The people who think your videos are shite are likely the same people who shouldn’t be trusted with spanners and get offended when called out.
I’ve just stumbled on your videos. Absolutely brilliant and if I ever own a supercar you’ll be my first choice to look after it! Until then, I’ll continue watching your expertise on these great cars.👍👍
Another enjoyable video. Some people just like to criticise but probably couldn't do the job. As others have said "If you think the videos are shit don't bloody watch 'em".
Love this video style by the way. Yes it's a Lambo and most people don't have a Lambo. But the basic concept in the video can be used for any modern ish fuel injected car. Also shows these supercars are no differently built or different to work on than most cars, just rather expensive.
Fav youtube channel without a doubt ❤ keep the vids coming, always have a laugh with you on these vids, Re Performance might not have 1m videos but that's cos quality beats quality 💪👍👍😎
Your videos are great, they are not shit. That was a lot of competence, confidence and a decent balance of getting paid what you deserve versus treating the client well so a good reflection on your business. BTW I would love a Gallardo, if you have a moment next time you do viewer’s questions, what’s the best Gallardo full stop, the best for the best for long term when it’s just low mileage use and what’s the best spyder?
Loving these 'old skool logical thinking' problem solving vids... Who needs advise from 'clueless geniuses' on internet forums when you can think it through and work it out for yourself, like we did in the olden days!😂👍✌
Another great video as usual, and informative as always. I see an Audi RS6 C7 on the ramp in the video. My question is do you work on these cars? If so I need my RS6 looking at, as Audi are giving me the run around with whom to get my car looked with, I have engine management light on and would like to know the problem with it as well. I have approved used warranty with Audi but they don’t seem to be interested in looking into my car. Keep up the excellent work guys. Thanks Will.
Hello there, not car related, but I had a plug go on a gixer1000 k6, once, I thought is was strange, but I just put 4 new ones in and all sorted, incidentally I had the bike from new, and sold it with 26,000 on clock, and the failed plug was the only time it let me down.
Always love watching Ricky and the team working on these wonderful cars. The videos are never less than interesting and informative. I'll never be able to afford a V10 Huracan. R8 etc but so what, I still like knowing about them. So just keep on doing what you do best, though with perhaps a little less profanity ?
I feel for these super car owners once they are a few years old. Having clutch trouble with my 2016 scirocco R (not in the same league but I'm just as pissed cause it's my baby). Keep up the content.
Your video are not shit they are great I enjoy them If you are fitting twin turbos to a Audi V10 R8 or V10 Lamborghini do you have to change engine internals to lower the compression
Stumbled across your channel the other day and now I'm hooked, great video content, it's nice to see a you tuber repairing cars with great knowledge unlike the numptys who buy expensive cars that people like me can only dream of owning, repairing them, thrashing them and then crashing them. Keep the videos coming and thanks for the great content 👍
My business is car parts. Parts for German cars.. You are skilled. I lost my interest in repairing cars having bust my balls on super tricky jobs. Worst was a bent crank reluctor wheel on a tdi. Had to scope it via crank sender and bent tooth back out to make forever wave. Total nightmare to figure out. Took me days to work out. That was it for me. I made a fortune out of selling BLB repair kits. Respect mate. Don’t have the stress tolerance but just bought myself a 991tt with a litchfield exhaust system. Making scary power. The other option was a r8 v10 but I snagged this trade. Seen more action than a Thai hooker but she’s good. Can you RR check it as it feels brutally more than 610 as claimed with just exhaust. Neil. Parts for German cars.
I’m very tempted to get myself into a gallardo… what are things to watch? Maybe a video similar to the one you did on the R8 whilst you have them in the shop
I stumbled across this video because I'm looking at a 5.0 Gallardo (coming from a Vantage Roadster which has been extremely reliable)....but the amount of videos and forums I've come across where these are broken has made me think that this would definitely be a bad move! I'd love to be proven otherwise though. Are they really THAT bad?
Well I turned up at Pembrey, couldn't get there until 15:00. They still wanted £20 to get in!! So I walked away no wonder this sport struggles so much!
The irony in arguing the sport struggles so much but not wanting to pay £20 to get in to support it 🤦🏼♀️. How do you think race weekends run……. on air? It’s expensive. Its not the clubs fault you couldn’t get there until 3pm plus there was a massive delay in the morning which had a knock on affect for the day so you would have seen all of Ricks races if that’s why you were going.
The videos and content are great but would be better if extra lighting is used, for all your videos, on whatever part in the engine bay or under the car etc you are filming. Also need a larger image and better focus when filming diagnostics pads and Carly on a mobile phone etc.
