In AR and it is 100f days everyday. My tomatoes won’t produce. But bell peppers are doing well. Hoping to keep everything alive.

At this point, I’m trying to keep everything alive to be able to enjoy when we do finally get some cooler weather. I’d honestly settle for some highs in the 90s right now!!! And then I see hummingbirds every morning and evening. And they make the trouble of tending these plants worth it!! (and I haven’t been disappointed yet with any of the Queen Limes!!)

You are BRAVE! Temps are forecasted to be in the 100's through the end of August in san antonio. I'm going to wait until mid August to start seeds indoors. Maybe it will be cool enough to transplant mid September. 🤔 🤞

Hi Amanda 🙋🏾‍♀️ You’ve encouraged me to start Zinnas from seed. I may go pick up Sunflower seeds today. I’m in North Texas also and it’s dangerously hot. We are just in survival mode. It’s discouraging losing so many plants to this heat. Do you grow roses? My roses are not blooming because of this heat. Is it too late to fertilize roses? I really enjoy your videos.

I’m sowing both inside and outside! Zone 8b/9a just NE of Houston. I just did a second sowing of squash and beans, first sowing of okra, cucumber, pumpkins and winter squash 🤞🤞 That vine borer better keep off! 🤬

Triple-digit heat murders plants, even trees. It's discouraging. I've received seeds, but don't know when I could plant them. I garden in 8b Central Texas.
