As a person who has had experience living with several units of the army in various places, I can vouch for this fact that my personal favorite has and will always be the time spent with the Gorkha soldiers of the Assam Rifles operating in insurgency hit north-east.
There is no such thing called cpmf..i think you are confused with CAPF,these are police forces headed by IPS There are only three paramilitary forces in india headed by military personal Assam rifles Special frontier force Indian coast guard.
So this forces made by the british to suppress indian population was held upon by so called independent country. Irony is that this forces take pride in their origin and nobody says a word about this traitors. This forces should be demolished and reoriented to post independence era and india should revive maratha, vijaynagara, assam dynasty, chittor era forces into it.
