Nice video. In my school a lot of guys start wearing them in their Nike air max's. Some of them get like 8cm taller with those compared to just wearing vans like i do.. Quite impressive and their open about it.
8cm? i dont buy that but yeah if you are a shorter dude with flat shoes you can actually lose like a inch of height compared to them if they have agood brand
Do you think you could provide the brand and specific name of each shoe? It's hard to find some of the shoes by picture alone. Also I already bough them just waiting for them to arrive.

I'm almost 5'4 and have heard good things about these specific insoles. I'd kill to be 5'6 and comfortable lol
Yeah, go one or two sizes up. A guy in my class wears Nike 720's (these have already 4cm) with shoe lifts and he is like 8cm taller without being uncomfortable, he wears them every day.
I know this is gonna sound stupid but obviously these give you 2 inches.. these height insoles right?! So if you also wear shoes that's around 1.5-2 inches isn't that gonna be around 3-4 inches in height? 🤔🤔
I do wear height insoles with my Air Max 720. I get the big heel height from the Air Max 720 and 3cm from my height insoles and it works completely fine!
