I have a question , add height is suppose to give 2 inches . I have measured my add height insoles and they just provide 1,5 inches or a little bit less . Is this a problem with the product or this is the normal design ?

It should roughly provide about two inches of added height once you measure yourself with the insole in your shoe vs without.

Do you have to wear a size lower or higher while wearing the height insoles? Incase ur feet touches or may not touch the from part of ur shoes?

Air Max 720 can hold Add Height but may be a very snug fit.
