How about a video of means and methods you would use to salvage a project that did not start well, failing to meet milestones, and has a difficult owners representative. Maybe too specific but it’s my position right now.
That was my current project. Both the precon lead and superintendent were let go and I entered the project with an unhappy client, demoralized trades, and unsafe messy site. I just finished final on Monday and was requested by the client for the next phase which could have gone to another company. It didn't take that much just owning that we messed up and doing whatever I could to put things om track. After receiving exceptional service the client agreed to change orders on the things that we missed in the bid which allowed us to break even despite a disastrous start. It was a perfect example of "projects don't go wrong, they start wrong".
