What Should Your Guild's Expectations Be For Naboo Raid - Max Crate Day 1 Right? 

It's the gearing and leveling of those trash Jedi that hurts the most for me. At 5.5m gp and 8 months of playing SWgoh, Credits and gear and relic mats are still a massive bottleneck. I've been building up more and more r8s and working towards my first r9, but now much of my attention has to be diverted to relicing less important toons, and characters I was gearing for GLs, Malak/ Sith Empire, Jabba, etc., now have to be paused so I can build up these Jedi. 5 million credits is still a hard hit for me, just to get 85. Then all the Carbontis and other g8-g11 gear pieces. Ugh. The LSB helped, but still need Guardian, Counselor, Ima-Gun Di, and Aayla. Raids are too important to neglect. My guild is 360m gp, so we're still progressing.

It's not limited to gear 12. Tier 0 is still going to be there. 5* level 1 is the minimum.
