What species can the Omnitrix scan?

It’s been pretty much stated by Duncan on Twitter that the Omnitrix can scan anything as long as it has DNA.

The chaos gods from 40k are a viable scan Theyre near omniscience and clearly intelligent, they can create greater daemons and somewhat reproduce so theres a dna equal, they may be energy but its closer to NRG, they have a physical body. Another funny one is some of the lovecraftian other gods, like cthulhu, shub, hastor, nyarlathotep, and yog, all able to be scanned. Speed round, timelords, weeping angels, vampires (depending on the franchise), eldrazi, tyranids, eldar, orks, necrons? (If nanomech), the SCP gods (yalda, SK, etc), nearly every yugioh monster, golb, sun wukong (if you stretch it), skrulls, most aliens subdued SciFi games and shows, a few godzillas and other Godzilla kaiju, void ghidora, ultraman, Lobo, Martians (literally all forms at this point), anti spiral, pure form life fibers from kill la kill via nanomech, and the most odd one imo devils from chainsaw man, they heal, they have blood, and as far as we know they can reproduce so DNA

I know i'm late but i wanna say that cybertronians are scanable for the omnitrix, they have some kind of DNA called "CNA", Also the late derrick j. Wyatt made an unused transformation called decimus prime, though we never saw him in the show, ben used upgrade to upgrade kevin's car and made a from looking like him, so i'd say it is possible

Interesting that you nearly forgot but eventually remembered a key aspect of the Omnitrix when scanning species If they are smart/sapient enough as mentioned by the Ink Tank. Aside from a species needing DNA to work, gotta check their sapience after all as some of these, like the Xenomorphs, flat out just fix for the Nemetrix instead due to them being superpredators.
