I went on a solo wade fishing trip and attempted to do a catch and cook, if I had caught some table fare. Unfortunately, I did not catch any fish, besides those two undersize snook and the bizarre looking butterfly ray.

this is a skate. They have no stinger or knife, and in southern Nova Scotia, sometimes dozens of them land on the beach, and they just hang out there until the tide comes back

for a trolling reel should i put braid on it first then mono or mono first then braid.(for offshore trolling)
@cheffrey9016
@cheffrey9016 7 лет назад
saltfishin h. Always put braid for backing in will last forever. Where as mono will break after extender use then u have to change out all your line. This way you only have to change mononor flouro
@Fishflipper03
@Fishflipper03 7 лет назад
Jeff marshburn yea just what u said, but put a small layer of mono to grip the spool or some electrival tape so the braid came have something to grip on to and doesn't slip, and then put the braid backing and the mono topshot
@beachbuster9716
@beachbuster9716 7 лет назад
If you want braid on your spool than Put electric tape on bottom of spool then spool 2/3 spool of braid and the top 1/3 of spool put mono But for trolling I would just use straight mono
