I was always disappointed that the dawnguard didn't have any missions that allowed you to take out specific vampires. I feel that it would have been more appropriate for the dawnguard to send you on missions to kill vampires like Movarth, Vighar, .etc. You could probably even cure Babete and put her into a proper family for her to grow up. Maybe removing her vampirism will allow her to age again.
I feel like babette is pretty happy being a vampire 😂 imagine being able to go wherever, whenever, no job, no responsibilities- hell id be mad if you took that from me 😂
The Serana dialogue montage at the end is very inspiring. That would be really good way to experience rest of Skyrim. With detailed follower who's got a lot to say at your side all along.
@@KnightLincoln so I recommend skeever well he is kinda annoying at start but as time passes he's just the best. I love that it's a follower with his own personality he got 16k voicelines and he's not always nice for us like other followers love to be a complete "simps" for our character. I mentioned the amount of voicelines so it's clear that he have something to say about almost everything you do in skyrim haha
That cinematic section for the Serana Dialogue made me realize how many banger lines Skyrim actually has. "Do you have no better reason for acting then destiny? Are you nothing but a plaything of - Dez - of fate?" that's just such a grand line
You should do an overhaul of the college of winterhold. And make it have more students, classes, and have exams and stuff like in Bully. Then have an actual decent quest line.

I'll take the time to mention another author with very interesting content, TX12000 has been developing some original vampiric concept, has incorporated Vampires Fight With Claws into a couple of his mods, and further added a follower with customized attacks. A shoutout to TX12000 mods as well.
Serena’s dialogue made her seem more like a real person and partner rather than a follower, Someone who genuinely cares… maybe even loved the Dragon Born. She wasn’t just someone “sworn to carry your burdens.” Absolutely amazing.

It is really special when a follower says something that makes you feel like they are really reacting to the world. When I got to the end of Ustengrav, Inigo was very upset that we went through the whole dungeon only to find the horn of Jurgen Windcaller had already been taken away...

20:06 This is literally the best part of the entire video. Paarthurnax talking about "overcoming your evil nature" is such a powerful speech, I imagine it would have changed Serena's entire world view.
I swear. This was amazing. The ending gave me goosebumps. I was hoping this is what Skyrim Anniversary was gonna be like. Not just new mods from creation club but a retexture as well. Maybe even with some tweaks to the missions. If Todd gonna keep selling Skyrim over and over he might as well tweak it with some great adjustments too. Especially since it seems we are gonna be playing this for years to come.
Update it's not, literally the same base game. The only thing added was a few dlc's from the creation club which are stand-alone and some shiny armors. After all, why fix what's not broken? (if it makes money, don't spend money to change it)
I feel like modding the game would never be the same, without Heavy Burn's absolutely stunning cinematic recommendations anymore. Please keep making these, I love discovering new mods through your videos, reading up on the mods, all the while seeing the effort you put into these vids, thank you so much for these :)

I love SDA! It had a new update recently replacing some original voice lines, so changes between Laura's and Kerstyn's voice it's less common. (Btw there's a vanilla friendly replacer for Serana called "Princess of Volkihar" i did something wrong and her hair don't changed, but still was impressive)
Wow I never thought I’d still see such high quality content being made for a game that came out in 2011. What a unique community Skyrim has, one that Bethesda hardly deserves. Well done on this video from start to finish. The effort that went into editing must have been insane.
What the Dawnguard DLC was for most people: Orc appears in Riverwood, walks over to the player talking about vampires. His foot strikes the wheelbarrow carrying cabbages which causes a chain reaction that kills the Orc instantly. Nobody around even notices except a nearby child who blames you and immediately performs a dark ritual to send assassins after you. Todd Howard appears, laughing
Goddammit man all the Serana dialogue made me a bit emotional and hit me with a wave of nostalgia. I'm married now but I do remember crushing hard over our beloved vampire princess.. Well done sir, well done. Huge praise for your excellent cinematography ❤

@@Deathelement53 Not as such, but I really, really hoped they'd do 1 or 2 new Dawnguard sized DLCs. Like, going to Orsinium and Malacath's Daedric Realm, or expanding the Civil War, dealing with the moot to choose a new High king, and oppose the Thalmor directly.

Geeze, the SDA section of the video gave me chills. That is definitely one of the best mods I've installed in the short time I've had Skyrim. I might try out some of the other mods if I can get them on Xbox. The Dawnguard quest is my favorite.
watching through the video, i was noting what i wanted to comment on because there was so much cool stuff but then the next dope thing popped up after the next, and after the next- and i'm just speechless- i was hooked and couldn't look away like..... wow. camera velocity, transitions, sfx, music choice, pacing, not to mention the work done in game with poses, placement, scenes, the mod choices themselves... the quality is there from beginning to end.
This video was a work of art in and of itself, well done editing this mate. Also that bit about Paarthurnax overcoming his evil was well applied to Serana.
This is a great showcase vid. Just want to give a mention to the Vampire Lords mod by Mihail. It turns all the named vampires and higher lvl randoms into truly terrifying enemies. They can summon fleders and have deadly new combat skills.
This was like watching a good episode of your favorite show. Thank you for lighting a fire for Skyrim in me. I loved dawnguard and to see it true to the roots but reimagined blows my mind! Thank you for putting the love and time into the video!
Woah. Your level in editing is just unbelievable. I knew you can do fantastic things in Skyrim, but you're pushing cameras angles, transitions, field of view and everything at a brand new level. Probably one of the best Skyrim mod showcases I've ever seen. Usually I just skip through to get the cliff notes but had to watch this from start to finish :D It's given me a reason to return to Skyrim again
the Serana Dialogue Add-On mod made it feel like the Dragonborn and Serana were destined to meet.. a Daedric Matron for Molag Bal and The Mortal Dragon of Prophecy .. it was them vs what everything Skyrim will throw at them Supporting Characters will be Inigo or Lucien or etc
As someone who's only dipping their toes in the water when it comes to editing, I can seriously appreciate the hard work that goes into these videos! Keep it up!
I've never in my life seen such a beautiful skyrim mod showcase. The editing is outright fantastic and and the video assembly is amazing with build-up and highlights - not to forget the amazing looking natural not-too-overmodded looking skyrim footage. Astounding work!
Discovered your channel through this video. I've just spent a month painstakingly building my Skyrim into a stable next gen game and already had half of these mods. That said it was still wonderful to see them showcased like this and the time watching this video flew past. That Serana dialogue overhaul is now a must have for my load order and I look forward to using Serana as an alternative to modded followers like Inigo and Sofia for a fresh vampire playthrough. Can't wait to see what you do with Dragonborn as its my least played content in the game.
