@@DynamicDuoUK I've been giving your comment quite a lot of thought, it concerns me, people should not be afraid, if your pip assessment was fair then there should never be fear. It's wrong on every level, pip is about what you need help with not what you don't need help with, for example there are many people that find cycling far easier and less painful than walking, me included, I couldn't walk to the shop but I can manage a 2 mile cycle ride, just about, I made sure pip were aware of this on my claim. I'm not worried if people see me cycling, not that anyone other than family know about my pip award, and now anyone who reads this. I had family telling me not to tell pip I ride my bike, but it is such a huge part of my life and I wasn't going to be not telling them. It's painful, it's difficult getting on and off but it's fantastic freedom and mental health, wishing Sarah Story good luck, and stop being afraid people, be honest and fight for what is right

I actually pity a lot of people working for DWP as those who do actually care will have been breaking their hearts. People who complain about disabled people getting welfare benefits possibly don't realise there are a lot of those people carrying out voluntary work. Those people have by percentage of their income, savings, assets, etc probably contributed more to Society than the Millionaires that sat on the pervious Government's Cabinet. Consider that £700 million was spent on setting up the scheme to send migrants to Rwanda and only four people actually went. That was money that could have been used for other things like building new hospitals and schools. Best wishes to you both.

Exaclty there is a difference with your circumstances my friend, some people think they get £1600 a month and were rolling around in speedboats and swimming pools in our 9 bedroom homes.... i'm genuinely concerned for those people who do beleive it!

As you said it's something that's always existed but only now is it being forced into people's heads due to the issues the UK is suffering and disabled and low income takes the brunt of it. It's truly disgusting. We get affected by it too, our videos no longer get pushed out to people RU-vid doesn't want it to happen, we go from 50k views to maybe 1k if were lucky now. It's awful as we feel as if we're flogging a dead horse.

It is Melissa and that's the difficulty I think we face, we're being pushed against one another to fight and fall out and we should be supporting the ones that do need help, there is always going to be some element of benefit fraud etc but the numbers now are so low compared to pre 2017.

You can give them a call if you've asked for a change on circumstances definitely, if your struggling more around the house with anything from daily living to motability it is worth telling them as if your condition has worsened ur meant to tell them anyway as part of the rules. They will of course try to reassess you again but if your struggling matey you need to be honest and tell them 😊

I'm scared to talk to them and don't want to push the boat with them, but deep down, I feel like I deserve better. I have learning difficulties as well and bad mental health. im in a really bad place. Basically, I feel trapped at home, and nothing to live for having more money and a car would change my life for the better just been Diagnosed with early stages of diabetes is because I can't get out to the shops and keep eating crap sorry to ramble on mate should I seek Legal advice before i ring them ....I fill like a lots riding on it so I don't want to fuck it up or say something that would be Detrimental to my case.thanks mate night night

@@terrytibbs6029 Hi mate, the first step would be probably to speak to your local citizens advice office failing that there is an absolutely amazing tool online at turn2us ( Google search ) And they help with benefit claims and personal Independence claims. Because you already have a claim is probably better in your favour that if it takes time to solve and get the advice you need then your not losing out any current finances if that makes sense ? Hope I've made sense there , it's late and I'm typing with one eye open here haha good night buddy
