Note that some survivors actually have an increased chair time. For example my main Journalist, she can stay on rocket chairs 10% longer. with fully upgraded snooze it's 19% :)
1:33 don't forget, the whooshing sound is only if it's open. the closer you get to the dungeon (when closed) you'll hear something like "lazarath" a whole lot more
they actually did update their tutorial some points in this video were added to the new tutorial, also the more you play the more experience you get and more tricks and tips u learn
I learnt about the syringe trick a while ago! I was spectating this coord teammate because they were the last survivor. They were injured and would heal a little with syringe every 10 seconds while searching for dungeon. I was impressed by that! And I've been doing it since then 😅
6:06 phoenix wrote us a fanfic in the priority list at this point😭😭 1.Rescue the survivor before the halfway mark! 2. Hide in cardboard box. 3. Use a megaphone to announce your hiding spot. 4. Call the hunter and ask for directions 5. Leave a trail of breadcrumbs 6. Order pizza to the hunter's house. 7. Ask the hunter for a selfie. 8. Make a rap song about the hunter 9. Dress up like the hunter 10. Write a love letter to the hunter. 11. Make a snowman and dress it like the hunter. 12. Challenge the hunter to a dance-off 13. Wear a clown costume and honk a horn 14. Pretend to be the hubter's long-lost relative 15. Try to pet hunter's dog. 16. Throw a party and invite the hunter 17. Wear a t-shirt that says "I'm not here". 18. Start a fire and roast marshmallows
A lot of hunters don't really pay attention to the crows tbh just cause half the time survs are running across the map. For larger maps, they have more dungeon locations, on lakeside it's usually in multiple places at specific spots; 3 spots around the shipwreck, and 2 near the boat that is on the land.
this guide is really good for newbie.. and after seeing this i just remember that we have a hunter that called nightmare. we really need nightmare to be buffed, that hunter is so hard to play
Once you get a little higher in ranks, I suggest beginners to run through a pallet rather than throw it down or wait to stun because hunters will start to hit near pallets, giving you a bit of distance between you and the hunter. It’s hard to explain, but for those who understand, I hope this helped. (Although, hunters will start to catch on and stop doing this so start to throw down pallets when you realize they do. Even if they don’t catch on yet, if you have a good chance to throw down a pallet, do it!)
I really would've clarified more on the double decoding, it is faster on that one cipher to double decode, HOWEVER it's slower in the long run to do that from the start as you should be spread out on the cipher to apply more and quicker pressure
If you are on accelerating decoding and there are 1-2 deciphers, I like to check how many survivors are left and the divide it by two. For example: If they are 4 survivors left then 2 survivors can decode for both each deciphering machines.
speaking of tutorials. can someone tell me how im supposed to do the "preventing rescues" tutorial??? foggy blade is never useable and there arent any videos showing how to do it
The gardener (the rescuer) will always spawn in the same location so just hit her twice before she is close. You get foggy blade at the start. Aim at them and hit. Then hit once more. Make sure to hit with foggy blade because it has a shorter animation than missing and hitting them twice. Quicker method: if you’re still confused there is another way, just terror shock them, all the gardener to interact with the rocket chair than hit them as she is interacting with it.
If you head into the Custom Match section of the game and then cycle through the maps, there is a little button on the right that gives you map information. There you can see all the dungeon, cipher and survivor spawns! (Maybe that will help?)
