Imagine being the chef that cooks for death row inmates and then coming home at the end of each day with different stories to tell but always the same ending (unless they were excused)

My Grandfather's Brother was on Death Row from 1982 until 2014, He was pardoned and released of all charges and was proven innocent, 9 seconds before the drugs were administered.

i truly can't imagine how awful it would be in the time before the execution- the rethinking your whole life, even the walk up to it in the last minutes- even though I know people who have done horrible things are the ones who get the death punishment I still genuinely can't feel anything but empathy fir them

My biggest fear in life is actually being put to the death sentence for something I've never done thinking about the death sentence just gives me super bad anxiety

In japan they dont even tell when the prisoners will be executed. They have to accept the possibility of dying everyday.
