I have a theory for FCG's "pent up" vibrating energy. I wonder if when his old party was murdered he was awake. He tried to absorb all the damage being done to three or four people in his party in an attempt to save them but could not - his system overloaded and he went into stasis. When he woke up in order to function his system essentially buried the memory of this happening AND the vibrating energy is the temp hit points from that event. SO the marking off of points is a count / barrier - when the points run out these dormant vibrating HPs come out....

In C1 E31 the party see that the people from the Sun Tree were cut down. I wonder if the townsfolk knew they were taking down a live person or if they are going to sort of soft ret con the moment.

My idea for a possible "concept" with Ashton. What if they got basically frozen as a teen? Not wanting/being able to "grow up" so instead just sticking to a child like mind and attitude. I'm thinking this because while they often have an aggressive or f-off attitude, there is a lot of child like wonder. Taliesin does a lot with his face, he did with cad, he does so all the time. And same here.

Oh there were three non automatons that traveled with them.

I was hoping wed get a freaky friday moment and we see imogen and fcg have their kinds swapped the next morning. Fcg wakes up as imogen and imogen wakes up as fcg.

New theory after the 4.7.episode: Imogen is a reincarnated Somnovum member. The other 8 shadowy figures (who all spawn from each other as though they shared the same body and mind) are the 8 other members beckoning her back. Maybe Mirumus or Timorei. And the red storm is Thorizadun trying to reassembled one of the more powerful weapons of destruction at their disposal.

You guys were talking about calamity and how it might because Arty left the door open (and that would be funny and horrifying for fans of Arty) but, what about Liches? What about The Whispered One?

I assumed when matt tells FCG to take temp hit points it is the reverse of gaining temp hit points. So for example if FCG has 30hp and he takes 5hp temp points. Now his max health is at 25hp and can not go higher even though his max health is 30hp... maybe that lasts until he takes a full rest. Making it kind of like a reverse temp HP. What also comes to mind is a "plague" in an older game where if your character got sick or contracted the disease you lost some of your max HP permanently. There was no way to get that HP back and many players found if you really sucked at that section of the game you could cripple yourself for the rest of the game by losing too much max HP.

1:05:30 we know it was other humanoids/soultouched people in FCG group, in episode 12 FCG talks about other people. A magic user, what sounds like a monk and a person with a axe. So it is not weird to hear about the blood.

During EXU the dark fearne hinted at the letters etc being a lie. But I do so hope they visit Eaor again. (It and the happy fun ball bits were some of my favorite places in C2. One of my favorite bits about these one on one talks is watching the other players, just enjoying those moments. Poor Taliesin so wanting to ask Marisha more questions but he couldn't because he want there precious. I am trying to imagine how orym would sum this up to Kiki when he gets home. What kind of convos will go around Vox Machina because of this.

I want matt to introduce a stable hand that doesnt trust the group so they follow them around town... only to hear a party member joke about the horses not surviving long. The stable hand then follows the group and witnesses a horse get killed or left behind. The stable hand decides the group needs to be stopped and becomes the big bad.

My crazy theory: FCG’s memories are fake. All of the other robots were actually people and someone reprogrammed them to see aeormatons instead. That’s why FCG is the supposedly most complex one; the fake memory only went deep enough as to cover up who/what died but they didn’t bother to give these robots full personalities as surely it would be a huge deal/news many people would know about if that many complex aeormatons were taken out. People seem fascinated with how complex FCG is so the others in his memories couldn’t be given the same complexities in the planted memories or else it would seem suspicious that no one else really knows of this attack.

What if fcg starts having the dreams…

The downside to achievement advancement... 17 weeks of play, still level 5 (and started at 3, to boot).
