As a Taurus I find Gemini’s to be one of the most misunderstood groups of the zodiac signs - Gemini have 2 distinct personalities, but what makes them great is that they are aware of their split personalities. I believe we all have two sides to us all. One side we allow everyone to see and another side we conceal (because of fear of judgement or ego) I noticed people are uncomfortable around Gemini’s because they actually do not conceal their imperfect sides . As a Gemini Iv always felt that I can see both sides of a situation, the light and the dark. Even though I am very enlightened there are times where I retreat and can be very self critical of myself but Iv always learned to let go of certain situations in my life or else it will just hold me back from that on going motivation of moving forward because if not then I’ll never grow. That’s why sometimes people don’t understand how I can just move on from a certain situation, Iv come to a conclusion and accepted it for what it is. As a Gemini I think we are flexible and we can adjust to different situations which other signs do not understand. We are also good at multitasking and we can be rather restless. Just for my Birthday!

Back in my youth it was common place for someone to ask your sign. I had a chart done and later got curious when a well respected astrologer said after five minutes with a person she could tell the person's sign and she guessed right on everyone but me twice. She wasn't going to let her failure go, so she asked to do a chart on me. Her chart and the first chart I had done was totally different. She said the reason she couldn't tell my sign was because I had to many planets in the same sign so my sun sign was not as prominent in my personality. I went on a ten year quest to find her theory valid or not. At the end I found its all a parlor game. We as humans are not that different. We all share the same traits at varying degrees. Environment, culture, parental guidance, DNA all play a part in your personality. I believe the sun affects us all as does the moon but the position of the planets in our solar system somehow make us at birth, then everyone who shares the same birthdate should all be the same charactor and they are just not. We are all unique.

I will say "thank you for being in my life" or "it's best I move on". I enjoy a nap in the afternoon and waking up in the middle of the night to read and write. I absolutely loved this! This was an amazing dive into the meaning behind the energies of Gemini. So much of what you said resonated with my own research into Tarot. The Lovers card is the representative of Gemini, and it’s meaning is “The Divine Union” like what you said. The marriage between the earth and the heavens. I always love how that then ties back into Hermes. The energy of Mercury. The divine messenger who traverses between Heaven and Earth. Heaven is 1 , Earth is 2, But Hermes represents the Middle Path, the 3, the realm of liminality. Definitely why Hermes is so closely tied to the Number 3🙌🏽

I'm a Gemini as June 12 1990. I've always believed it's possible to have two people believe in different things but still be able to communicate and or work or live near eachother or even love. It's having the ability to accept another's life and ability to experience. Sometimes it may not be for you, so you must turn away. But most times if willing and able. You can see from both sides and see a 3rd path that embraces both sides.. they may never mix but that can always coexist.

It seems to be being a Gemini at 60 years of age and I’m also on the cusp of cancer. My birthday is June 20 and I was born 9 pm but it seems to me when you speak of the rain and smothering with love it seems to me that sometimes we can love for all the wrong reasons we love for ourselves, which is selfishness at its core we don’t love for the sake of loving . It’s much harder to love someone when you don’t understand them I’ve been in a relationship for 35 years and she’s a Scorpio and it’s been rough . When it’s good it’s great when it’s bad it’s really tough. Now I understand this woman. I am also an empathic person and the one thing that my grandmother always taught me was you can’t really understand someone until you’ve walked in their shoes, walked a mile in their moccasin was the saying . I think some of the best spiritual teachings teach us to love when we don’t want to love. When it’s easier to hate. But hate is counterproductive. He comes from a place of fear. Fear is the opposite of faith. Awareness hones in , fear to concern. Which I see the true purpose of fear in all creatures, to raise their awareness. Not to go blasting out in front of traffic because a gun goes off . Or to run away from a bee only to run into a pole haha. I see a lot of things from the point of the addiction process. It comes in from the top, and it comes in from the bottom, another words from our place of insecurity, or from a place of entitlement. A well-balanced person is unlikely to be taken out by an addiction than someone that is insecure or entitled. Love is kind of the same way. If it’s balanced, it’s not likely based in some unmet needs. You speak of nature and the Rains to a field. We were once connected to the earth and sky in a way that we knew where to plant and where not to plant. We knew when the rain was coming in when it wasn’t. But because we our species has become so selfishly motivated that we have upset the balance and we have lost the ability to communicate with nature as well as one another or should I say nature is unable to communicate to us because we don’t listen . We have too many distractions. We are the only creature on this planet that takes more than it needs. And wants more than It could ever need or use. . Greed alcoholism drug addiction gambling addiction. Control ,power , Satan is represented in the Christian Bible as a child of the creator that was given all that it could ever need but they wanted more . And it has left so many without their needs being met. This includes tge earth and our own species . Much like the dinosaurs probably did before we got here they upset the balance to such an extent that the Earth had to right it. Because they were in capable of controlling their impulses and compulsions and overpopulated . That’s why it was said that that was what created the imbalance. Then we have the garden of Eden Adam, and Eve had everything they could ever need and seemingly want but because they wanted this one thing that they were told that they shouldn’t partake in hence (taking more than was needed ) , it created the imbalance the original imbalance . And I think it’s written that shame came about as a result of that. As well as an entitlement. So love sometimes it’s tough. Sometimes a parent has to correct a child in a way that it doesn’t want to. That they wished that it would never be necessary . Toughlove they call it. An addict really normally don’t get away from their addiction until until they are left On their own accord. The fully “feel “the consequences. Emphasis on feel. Instead of escape. That they are making those that love them feel . I don’t think it’s possible to have too much love in this earth in this universe it’s just that we don’t understand ourselves let alone someone else . For a truly knowing ourselves, we can truly know another because we are all set to be created equally . and how can we love someone that we don’t understand ? Hence addiction and self-destructive behavior .. Because sometimes our way of love says no. For selfish reasons. Sometimes our love says yes for selfish reasons. I think a healthy loveA true love says yes for unselfish reasons and sometimes it says no for unselfish reasons . It’s funny that we don’t realize a lot of this to the extent that we should. Because it’s a well-known saying that a true friend will tell you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. . We just have love confused with something else. I don’t think that we can have too much love. I think we just need more empathy to truly understand love . Truly loving ourselves is hard enough. But if we don’t truly love ourselves, how can we truly love anyone else ? ❤❤❤❤ This journey that I have been on since my birth has been a difficult one a very difficult one at times a very, very lonely one at times . But it’s also been filled with blessings. As well as curses. I have been abused and miss treated, purposely confused. By selfishly motivated people. Family and otherwise. But I would be a hypocrite if I didn’t choose to realize or take time to realize that they just didn’t know any better ;( That’s love that’s the love that hard to get to . My stepmother taught me that the hard way. She had a lot of trauma from her first husband, and she brought it into the marriage with my father. And it was aimed at me and then when I moved out it was and that my adopted sister. She had an incredible heart and her core. She wanted to make a difference. Just not in some peoples lives. Ha ha ha ha but I was able to be there at the time of her ill health and I helped her through that in all the ways that I could from a very loving and compassionate and understanding way and believe me, she didn’t make it easy at times. Thank you for the insights into Gemini. Like the last comment I turned 60 on 14th June. Part of growing up under this sign is learning to live with both aspects. I agree with you rabbi we have the ability to love a lot and give much of ourselves to others, we are also capable of seeing both sides to a situation/story. And yes as a result we empathise. But like the last comment, my life too has not been easy and still is not. I think when will it ever end and it will be my time to look after me. I am a giver and have met too many takers, I feel I have nothing left to give and now choose to live alone, and protecting myself.

Thank you, being a gemini I have struggled with trying to understand this world and feel a genuine belonging. Trauma has had to be worked through, telling my story, to loved ones in denial, then understanding their resistance to painful knowledge. Being grounded in here and now is an ongoing process. Joy is always felt with the knowledge of ‘still there is pain in the world’. Sorrow is felt as rainclouds, which will pass. Older and wiser - I wouldn’t miss my experiences for the world. There is meaning to my life now and gratitude goes a long way.

I really wish people were willing and able to understand and live this most badic, but highly occulted knowledge you seem to have a gift to communicate. Thanks.
