@@sevilliane, that's where the concept of spirituality comes in ... Like Yoga, like Buddhism. The philosophy being we're a part of nature, and we're here for a brief experience, but our soul is eternal. Our body is made of matter. And the soul being a part of that infinite consciousness, and immaterial, can transcend dimensions, and life and death. Meanwhile, while we're here, experiencing this phenomenon called life, the idea is we gotta live our life to the fullest. Be healthy, happy and strong. Live and let live. Be aware and realise the depths of our being. And in deep meditation, we'd eventually realise that we're too little and insignificant and nothing is permanent, but still we have this experience of life on earth as a gift of nature. And hence, with spiritual advancement, we'd learn to slowly shed our ego, attachment, anger, fear, greed, lust and learn to live happily in the moment and appreciate whatever we have.

Life is just more than the emotions from the five senses. Maybe we are only here to experience it for fun like watching a movie or playing a game Maybe we are here to learn or to grow for a purpose that will be revealed in what comes after this experience. As long as we are in this experience, we can only believe in or hope for a purpose/goal, but we will never be able to prove/find it, because if there is a bigger picture we can´t see it because we are bound to our bodys and therefore our senses, the three dimensions and time. Those are two theories about "Life as an experience of a higher consciousness" which I could understand easier than David Icke. I personaly like Alan Watts more because in his theory we choose our own misery because we already experienced all the pleasures. David Icke is one of my favorite people, I experienced Enlightment before I listened to his videos. That is why I can say that he is telling the truth that we are consciousness. My opinion: We traded Freedom for security. If you want to live a long comfy life you have to play by the rules. Philosophy is a luxury that a really free man wouldn't have. You would be hunting and gathering and, often, fighting other fellow humans because they are vicious creatures if not domesticated. freedom itself is overrated, and most people cry for it, but wouldn't bear it. The deception and the illusion that comes with it must not be underestimated by the believers, otherwise God would have not stated the following for us in Quran: [Quran 7:30] Some He guided, while others are committed to straying. They have taken the devils as their masters, instead of God, yet they believe that they are guided. [Quran 43:37] Such companions will divert them from the path, yet make them believe that they are guided. [Quran 6:22] On the day when we summon them all, we will ask the idol worshipers, "Where are the idols you set up?" [Quran 6:23] Their disastrous response will be, "By God our Lord, we never were idol worshipers." [Quran 6:24] Note how they lied to themselves, and how the idols they had invented have abandoned them. [Quran 18:103] Say, "Shall I tell you who the worst losers are? [Quran 18:104] "They are the ones whose works in this life are totally astray, but they think that they are doing good." Again, believers heed the guidance and reverence the warnings. Satan would try to get the worst out of us just as he did with Adam and his wife in Paradise (7:19-25). Any time we listen to him we allow him to remove our garment of righteousness and expose one of our weaknesses just as he did to our parents in Paradise and exposed their bodies.
