I’m thankfully already doing most of this. The only thing I haven’t done is prep for the PSAT, since I have to focus on the SAT and ACT for my AP Calc classes.

Throughout high school if your school offers it I recommend JROTC. It Looks Great on resumes and college applications. It’s a Program sponsored by the military. It teaches real world skills and gives you community service experience. JROTC does take place during school hours though so you can only have one other elective, but it’s worth it because at most schools it counts for a physical education credit.

I was on the debate team for 3 years, and marching band for 4 years and environmental club for 3 years, and it didn't matter, I went to the community college. But at the community college they do have activities. I liked Zumba.
