@@aj551 Yes, it definitely worked for me. I got a liquid zinc sulfate supplement on Amazon (Vimergy brand). I took the recommended dose 3x a day in water. My sense of smell/taste came back slowly over the next few days.
@@stoopidhaters don’t give me money! After losing my sense of smell/taste and regaining it, I just want to help others. My friend recommended a liquid zinc supplement, and it worked for me! It took a few days to fully recover.
I can smell smoke, poo, pee or anything noticeable. I just can't taste specific flavors. Only danger is eating slightly off food or drinking bad water.
I just caught covid in hospital while I had been admitted for something else, and my taste buds are all over the place. I can’t taste sweet things. They just taste metallic or not sweet at all. I had an ice block (popsicle) the other day but it didn’t taste sweet. I also have some problems with savoury items. Not all, just some. Eating has become a chore. I just eat because I have to.
Me too. I can taste sweet things and my mouth tastes salty and bitter. It's been going on for two months now. I also agree about Savoury items. When I eat hamburgers or pizza for example they taste like 60 percent of the flavor. Almost bland.
Hi I had this problem for about a year and a half. Coca-cola tasted weird, garlic and onions tasted metallic and rotten, people would cook and it would be unbearable. Many foods destroyed my taste. I started following a regimen of eating extremely healthy foods, fruits, lots of veggies, working out 3 times a week, running -- mushroom tinctures, and can tell you that I recovered 99%. The only thing that tastes slightly off now is still Coca-cola. I am able to eat garlic and onions just fine now. I promise you that you can recover from this. Treat your body right, abstain from alcohol, and do what's right and you can recover. Let me know if you have any more questions about anything
There are women that became pregnant of having cov-19; they had lost their taste & smell. Then they came back things didn't taste or smell the same. The name given is Parosmi a. I'd this safe for pregnant women?
Inhale your spices?! Sure if you wanna choke on the little particles! 🤦🏻♀️ I’ll keep trying my essential oils. A superb surgeon who just did a sinus surgery on me, along with 2 root canal removals and wisdom teeth cavitation surgery to clean them out, all because of debilitating, chronic health issues I’ve had for years, told me to do Eucalyptis steam inhalation. I will be doing this every day along with smelling other essential oils and hope to God I get it back soon. I’ve been without smell and taste for 3 F’n years and this is getting REAL old and so very frustrating!! 😣😭🤬
I am recovering from suspected covid (no test, but all the symptoms) right now, summer 2024 and have lost almost all smell and taste. I am still rather stuffed up and congested. Anybody got an idea how long these symptoms may last? I fell ill last week, was flat out complete with fever, no eating for two days, sore everything. Maybe I am impatient but I really love my smell. Any tips appreciated! I only ever had tested covid before (2022) and it was very mild.
Sense of taste and smell isn’t the same works on off since Covid snd covid n Covid shots 2021. Sometimes I n can’t taste anything, smells tastes changed and are intolerable too.
I did the orange thing and ended up eating it as meals because I couldn’t eat anything eles because I’m full of orange. But it’s only temporary. And the video is useless without telling what spices and ingredients to train
I’m so self conscious that I will smell bad even though I have good hygiene. All I smell is bleach but no one used any. I’m so sad that I can’t smell my baby and my mouth tastes like soap
