Basically what you need to do is pop open the key fob and shift the battery around a tiny bit to refresh the contacts between the battery and the key fob. Note that if your car battery is dead, this won’t help at all :-)

only worked with finger presseure when opened. Soon as clicked back together, no longer worked. I added folded gaff tape as ballast for pressure, clicked back together - worked!
Thank you for your content! Today, my fab just stopped working and I had no clue what to do. More recently, my fab would hesitate to unlock the door and I thought it just couldn’t sense my key in my pocket so I’d take them out and it would work. Today absolutely nothing! No warning of a low battery either. So, I am truly grateful to come across your very helpful video, 🙏 thank you It really worked!
my issues is it keeps happening only when I am leaving work. I work in a school where my classroom is a storm shelter. The issue doesn't seem to happen at any other time.
