I’m at this point as well . When I get Extremely low I put baby on me for skin to skin action and that helps to get me back ok . Keep doing the skin to skin keep the baby on you it helps a lot and drink more water and lactation cookies from target . Oatmeal helps

I have three kids that I fed for 2 1/2 years of peace never knew I had to wing them off just cold turkey stock and they were drinking bottles. It's been 30 years now and they're still here the milk I try called cabbage leaves squeezing them out with my hand. My boobs are heavy, still dark, and one's bigger than the other please Helth don't know what to do breast-feeding so.

Well, your husband sounds like he's not a very good partner with all due respect. You had just given birth to your child and he should have been supporting you, not complaining about your body.
