I have a crosswave Bissell stopped spray water after about an year. THE SOLUTION I FOUND. Remove clean water tank from the Bissell there is a white round filter. Remove it and check if the water is spraying now. Clean this filter, dry and place again. GOOD LUCK♥️ FROM ISRAEL 🇮🇱

Everything is cleaner/unclogged. You just make crappy vacuums that break after 4 months.

Same thing happened. Did all the troubleshooting, Mine lasted 7 months.

Mine stopped spraying and their Customer Service offered me a 30% discount to light more of my money on fire! No thanks! I've spent thousands of dollars on their machines over the years. Never had an issue until I excitedly bought the Crosswave -- only to discover it was absolute JUNK! I've never felt more duped in my life. I will never buy another Bissell, ever.

T ome it's the trigger that just won'T send any water, the autoclean works but not the trigger... what can we do then ?

I will say I am on my third Bissell cordless crosswave MAX and they have promptly replaced each. I was able to get one of the ones replaced working again until I heard something snap inside. I will see if they will replace it as we definitely need the two we have working.

I need to figure out how to clean the actual dispensers inside the brush window where the cleaner actually comes out onto the brush roller

I cant even get the clean water tank cap off to put water and solution in it.

The cleaning solution bottle cap gets clogged and solution can’t flow, and no way to clean the cap. Terrible situation. I’m buying a replacement bottle and cap ($20) on Amazon, but not happy.

Have had my Bissell crosswave pet pro just over a year. Was very happy with until the clean water did not spray. Have watched the videos and did what was said and still no clean water. Too much money for this machine that doesn’t work after a year. Very disappointed

It'll happen again. It's a design flaw they refuse to fix. They're just hoping the next one will last you until a week past warranty expiration.

Under the bottle is white cloth ring, I took it out and it started to dose water!

..."after 4 months" aye? sounds abt right, bc i have keep this thing in tip top shape & did all the troubleshooting tips and still i have to dump the product on the floor rn, bc it still wont spray like it was when i got it. NOT COOL BISSELL
