I got given this a while ago, and it's time to see if we can make it work. Can we spot anything obvious that is wrong with it? Or is it just another cheap cordless machine that's fit for the bin?

Hey there. I m trying to reassemble my bissell but I've got a hose connected to the clean water valve but I can t find where to hook up to. Any help please ??

In the U.S., Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vacuums Models 2551, 2551W, 25519, 25518 and 2551R have been recalled. In Canada, Model 2551 is being recalled.

That’s a shame… I always quite fancy the look of these. They seem to perform quite well, and quick and convenient for washing the kitchen floor.

I was really hoping it would fire into life and I could do some comparisons with the tineco floor one S3 but it wasn't to be. Sadly when they die their dead unless your lucky :(

It's horrible. Got to take the front off under the dirty tank first, then all the back screws, then go clip hunting.

For $400 you would think they would be better! I am on my 3RD one because they just stop working. With not much use it is definitely discouraging! So far so good on the 3rd one. Hopefully it will keep working.

Too much of a gamble! Unless you see a sold as good/working battery pack on ebay they cost a fortune on ebay. Then if you get it fitted and it still doesn't work it wasn't that...

I will not buy a crosswave again I've been through two one brush stopped turning took it apart motor wouldn't do squat ordered a new crosswave, pump quit working, brush motor on the other miraculously started working again but it pours water all over the floor now they're absolute junk

@@vacuum_collector26 yeah and these vacuum cleaners are under recall because the battery would malfunction and catch fire.. The last time Bissell got in a recall was all the way back in 2000
