1) And the winner is.... tell them who won the giveaway (this is a great spot for a welcome coupon code or blitz deal)
2) Your standard welcome series
Pay special attention to this new list--watch their activity for the next 30 days. If there are people who have not opened/engaged with you in that 30 days then Get. Rid. Of. Them.
Seriously, get them off your list. At this point they're just dead weight that might negatively affect the rest of your list. Besides, you don't need that kind of negativity cheating you when you look at your numbers.
