This is an amazing way to provide great service and clear communication throughout the transaction. I would be a little concerned that my client could contact the other agent or the other agent could attempt to contact my client after the closing, but I suppose I shouldn't worry about that if I do an exceptional job.

That is a concern for some agents and I completely understand why. My belief has always been that if I do my job extremely well, my clients are going to be loyal to me.

Not sure how I feel about having the actual buyer and seller in an email together and exchange their info. Agents should just keep their clients fully in the loop and guide them along but never good to have them communicate with each other. Other than that, this was super helpful and good insight!

Hi, thanks for the video! ....just wondering if you are sending these emails to follow up as a listing agent or a buyer's agent? (referring to the 3 week, 2 week, 1 week to closing emails)
@JimmyBurgess

We actually send them for both, whether we are the listing agent or the buyer's agent.

I like the idea of including all the professionals on the email but Have you ever had an issue with a buyer reaching out to the seller directly after receiving their name/contact info?

I have not.

Hello Jimmy, Thank you so much for this video . The email is genius. I'm a new agent and I just went under contract on the 17th with a Seller who accepted a cash offer. Do you have a video explaining the process for the listing agent(me) on what's next... Would I use this same letter? The investor's agent doesn't communicate much, so I was wondering what am I supposed to be doing. He finally called to set up the inspection....so that's a plus.. any pointers would be great 😃

Congrats on the contract. I used the same email template for buyer or seller side. Making sure to include all parties besides the buyer’s (due to them not being your client).
