Depends ob the person and how their brain works I did EFT 15 years ago and I deteriorated mentally because of it

I think it doesn't work, when our minds actually want to feel insecure, fearful, etc. Because that's actually kinda convenient, and therefore, it also may be convenient that the tapping doesn't work. Does that make sense? for me, it does all the sense. What can we do about it?
