Sir mujhe evidence dene hai court me magar advocate ko fee nahi de sakta ...jaise tese maine 5000 / rupees ikhatte kiye magar wakil sahab ne bina soche samjhe mera case le liya magar mere case ko achhe se study nahi kiya or aab mujhe lag raha hai ke wo mere evidence ko sahi se nahi rakh sakte ...isliye mujhe salha ki jarurt hai taki main apna case achhe dhang se rakh sakun

यदि एक केस ट्रायल कोर्ट में चल रहा है और उसकी प्रोसेडिंग में किसी विटनेस द्वारा जमा किये गये एफिडेविट पर कोर्ट को संदेह हो, तो सेक्शन 340 के अंतर्गत जाँच एक अलग केस की तरह चलायी जायेगी या ट्रायल रोक कर यह जाँच कोर्ट द्वारा पूरी की जायेगी? कृपया स्पष्ट करें. 🙏

After probate of will "will has challenged in the court on the basis of signature of testator. sir, court has analysis of signature or "not"after the probate of will. Has will revoked or not.

सर वकालत नामा ही कोई फर्जी लगा दे और अदालत फैसला भी फर्जी वकालत नामा के पछ मे सुना दे फिर किया करें बिना सिग्नेचर् के वकालत नामा है ओर्जिनल पार्टी कभी कोर्ट में ही नही आई

Sir supreme court me khud hi false evidence bnaake counter affidavit me produce kia document. Case mere favour me hi allow hua but mujhe forged document ka pta case band hone ke baad chla. Iski jurisdiction supreme court hi hai ya mai district me bhi kar sakte hu case?

If an investigation under section 340 against a forged document is initiated by the Trial Court, will the proceedings against the person forging the document run parallel to the main trial as a separate case or the main trial proceedings will begin after the investigation in the matter is completed?

Normally it runs parallel, unless court passes any specific order.

Respondent counsel has presented the affidavit accompanying the objections in the Writ petition filed by me in the High court of Karnataka. The signature of the respondent is glaringly different between the Vakalath(original as compared with previous court papers) and the Affidavit (alleged). How can I as petitioner bring this mismatch to the court's notice. Please advise.

कोर्ट ने माना है कि ये उनकी पावर मे है कि 340 मे action ले सकते है, पर साथ मे ये भी कह दिया है कि जब सिविल केस खत्म हो जाएगा उसके बाद देखेंगे। । क्या मे हाइकोर्ट जा सकता हूं? ट्रायल कोर्ट को फोर्स करने के लिए की नही, 340 पर अभी ऐक्शन ले।
