Praise God for the message and discussion here. Whenever I watch I’ll Be Honest I always think of Bob Jennings and his teachings on repentance. Fear can be good and bad. But in Revelation 21:8 we see a fear that will put a man in hell: “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”
But it's not about not being afraid when we are doing something we enjoy doing like cliff climbing. Doing that is putting our lives in danger for pleasure. God is telling us not to be afraid in every day life, and when we are serving Him. Not when I'm putting my life in danger cliff climbing which is nothing do do with serving God, but ones own pleasure.

MY YOKE IS EASY!!....YOU WILL...KNOW THE TRUTH AND THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE!! ..................DONT LISTEN TO SO CALLED PREACHERS WHO TRY TO MAKE everything complicated!! Man is complicated JESUS ISNT!!!! Read your Bible spend time with God....Think on things THAT ARE LOVELY,TRUE AND OF A GOOD REPORT-find that verse in the bible!!!
