Halu po. Meron po akong credit card bago lang. Yong first po na outstanding ko is 22k na nabayaran ko before due date. But nong December 2023 to January 2024 po na may outstanding akong 36k na d due last Feb. 5 but i only paid 11k last Feb 2. Mga magkano kaya interest ko monthly if halimbawa hindi pa rin ako makapagbayad on the next due date? Thanks..

Hi! Once paid ang CC bills, mag replenish na ulit ang CL. Yes pwede ulit gamitin pero be mindful ka din kasi baka ma overspending ka din or mag create ng confusion sa spending mo. Keep track of your spending through your transaction history sa app.
Ok lang pag na fully paid mo siya before or on the due date. Personal ka bang pumunta sa Bangko? Or, online payment, or sa bayad centers? Kasi hindi real time and payment pag online or sa bayad centers. It takes 3 to 5 days ang posting, so, late payment pa rin. Kaya yong iba nagtataka kung bakit may additional charge, di nila alam na charge pala sila ng late payment fee 😊

Hi Jude! Lahat ng transactions mo that month papasok na sa next SOA kung natapos na ang cut-off or na release na ang SOA for that specific month. Pero pag hinid pa, maaring maisali sa SOA mo.

Option na rin yong mabayd ka pa rin kahit 2X mong bayaran yong min. amt. anway, we are given 21 to 25 days na palugit before the duedate.

Hi Maam, question po sa balance conversion, kasi makulit po yung agent. :D yung sample niyo po ba na 10k , pang isang buwan lang po na di kaya bayaran , ginawang installment po? paano po pag may bill sa susunod na buwan po, may na banggit po siya na maintaining balance sa CC , convert niya po. nalito po kasi ako hehe. kala ko nga po yung maintaining balance namin sa CC, convert to cash. :D then 12 mos to pay with small interest.

Kapag na approve naman ang balance conversion mo, babayaran mo siya ng monthly dipende kung ilang buwan ang na approve sa'yo.

Although nagbabayad tayo ng min.amt. that makes our acct.active, we are not exempted from the fact that interest rates will still hit us once balances are unpaid. Bayaran mo yong mas malaking portion to start rebuilding your credit history and to avoid facing the collection department. Mas mahirap na pag na forward sa Collection department. Padadalhan na tayo ng demad letter kasi. Minsan, wala ka na ring option kung di siya bayaran ng buo.

Hi JolyEms!🙋 Sometimes its a wrong move to get 2 CCs from the same Bank because of shared credit limit, specially if both have annual fees. Go to your mobile app and try to full pay the other CC and pay the min.amt of the other CC. With regards to the installment, ask if there is balance conversion para ma convert ko ang existing bill into installment.

Pero good atttitude yan if you inted to pay your debts para ma clear ang acct.mo at para di ma forward sa collection Dep't ang acct.mo. You can pay online. Go to the Mobile App ng Savings Account mo yong Bangko, choose Bills Payment, or using your GCash (Bills Payment). 😊
