Yes definitely changing up the environment was huge for me, After being on a mattress on the floor in one room for a long time I finally moved back into the primary bedroom on a real bed, and I can still remember having such a wonderful shift from that! I would also try and sit in different chairs throughout the house and eat off of different plates wearing different colored clothes and such really helps the brain develop new neural newtwok of how we are changing we are not in the past anymore! Amen! xxoo Ava

They can vary in length depending on sevarity, treatment, and mindset. I have found the combination of Firefly, PEMF, Hyperbolic Oxygen treatments, Diet, Vitamins, and rest (hopefully sleep) can pull you out slowly if you are in a full blown crash. Getting our parasympathetic nervous system to engage by getting out of the feeling of full fight or flight despite the hell you are feeling as you go through it can help it shorten. There are the 1+ year crashes for sure, but certain treatments bring that same crash to several months long instead. Crashes are terrable! I can hardly move, hardly breath, harly talk, cannot think etc. Without my wifes help, I could not eat, let alone get to treatments.

Do you think CFS can be linked to OCD? Coz prior i had no knowledge of these topics, and I was wondering why i always felt fatigued and couldnt do anything like i used to - this snowballed to negative thoughts when I pushed through each day, and now these negative thoughts snowballed over a year… e.g. now i get random flashbacks to random events in my life every 10 seconds when i see something or hear or think something similar to what ive seen or heard or thought which stresses me out
@cfsrecovery
@cfsrecovery Год назад
It definitely sounds like you have a hypersensitive nervous system issue. It could definitely be linked to OCD, CFS is linked to a lot of things. At the end of the day, CFS is caused by an over active nervous system so if you have OCD, your nervous system will definitely be overactive!

I Have CFS for 8 years. When I crash i grab quickly some fatty food from the fridge and eat it fast, and go to lay down for at least 20min. Food helps me with the anxiety that is caused by the crash, and 20 min later Im less anxious. Then of course the extra fatigue is the next day or even for 2 days after. So yeah, fatty food helps me with the fear of dying from the crash. My crashes are bad, i get so weak that i feel like my heart would stop, very scary. But i know it would pass. I always carry food with me when i go outside the house. Also, I'm not diabetic, my sugar is normal, no other illnesses except CFS. I'm skinny too. I actually started a carnivore diet 5 weeks ago, i was told that people recover from CFS and anxiety on carnivore diet. My anxiety is because of CFS, not the other way around. Good luck to everybody with their crashes. It always passes😊
@beingvandoan
@beingvandoan 5 месяцев назад
makes sense that fatty food helps with calming you down; some people who eat high fat carnivore choose to eat more fat to calm them down before bed or before they have a tense events coming up. Personally I notice that all of my acnes disappeared after about 3 weeks on high fat carnivore (and has to be healthy animal fat or butter not seed oil).

Well, I would reverse the question and ask you why do you need a doctor to believe you? If they do believe you, do they have a solution that can actually help you? Or are the things I teach on this channel enough to help you recover. It’s really hard to find a Doctor Who understands all of this but more importantly the solution to get your life back. It might be helpful. If you can get a doctors note and then get on disability, but other than that, even if they believe you, usually they can’t do anything still.

@tere_zie7964
@tere_zie7964 Год назад
@@elizabethread6878 if you take ativan and then your symptoms are lower that is a clear sign that these symptoms come from a nervous system problem. You need to start doing some sort pf brain retraining and be consistent with it everyday. Basically what is happening right now is that your brain and body is flooded with adrenaline and cortisol and your brain already has connected any activity with danger so its flooding you with even more adrenaline and cortisole and you experience crashes after every activity. You need to stop doing that cycle, start some program (cfs school, miguels program, dnrs, ans rewire, primal trust, gupta…). Brain tetraining is flooding your body with good stuff like oxytocin and giving your body little calm breaks of at least some calm feeling and it is rewiring the bad asociations with movement etc. I remember times when I was not able to talk to someone without taking ativan and now I havent had one in 1 year and I am doing so much stuff slowly recovering my body and mind. Wish you good luck! ✨🤍

Same 🙇🏼‍♂️ it’s a crazy ride, when your brain won’t relent and believe you. What have you done to help this?
@cfsrecovery
@cfsrecovery Год назад
Yup, this definitely sounds like a hypersensitive nervous system. People don't realize how much stress emotions place on the nervous system. Typically emotions place even more stress than just cognitive and physical functioning, so I'm not surprised that the emotions can cause your systems to flare up like crazy! Don't let the symptoms get to you, your nervous system knows which buttons to press to press to get under your skin, and the more it bothers you the more those symptoms will stick around! So by being as in different as you can, to the symptoms, you take away their power, and they will show up less frequently and less intense. I hope this helps 😊

Could you please explain to me what happened in my body? I felt very bad, I was very distressed and fell asleep. Suddenly in the morning I noticed that my sleep was much more restful than usual. The brain fog and fatigue were at least 50% better. The improvement only lasted 6 days then it started to get worse again. I resisted it and went crazy. After that it got even worse than before. Why did I suddenly feel better again, even though I didn't even do anything and was very desperate that evening before. When it was really bad again, I had so many questions about why I suddenly felt better and why it couldn't stay and why it got worse again. Overnight all symptoms were 50-60% better.

It's understandable to feel confused about what constitutes a crash. In this case, if you felt brain fog after your walk, it's not a full-blown crash, but it's still important to take it seriously. Your body is giving you a signal that you may have pushed yourself too much. It's a good idea to listen to your body and rest when you need to. If you're unsure about your symptoms, it's best to talk to a healthcare professional for guidance.

What date and time (for Sydney time zone) is this going to be? I think RU-vid is telling me it is going to be at 1:30 AM on December 9.

RU-vid will tell you your time zone, so its Sydney time what is showing on your end.

So sorry to hear. How did you handle it?

Why is it that every time I have an adjustment period that my baseline lowers afterwards? I'm trying the best I can to be positive throughout them.

Same here? Don’t understand and am positive as possible. I have symptoms 24/7 and bedridden 6 months. Keep thinking I’m in adjustments but everything comes back harder when I attempt activity as calmly as possible?. Not experienced a point of no symptoms yet, and the more I’m in bed with this the further from this relaxed point I seem to drift. Pots is crazy and I try not to fear it, other symptoms I try to accept, doing brain training and turning away negative thoughts - but my past and trauma memories come up 100s of times a day relentlessly. I feel I get it, but am missing something too? Miguel?

Don’t know how to tag Miguel in?

Should I be doing activity with symptoms? When I rest they flare up harder and harder, it’s like being trapped with them, how do I have them 24/7 and make progress/find baseline? Thanks 👍🏼

This is a good question and one I have as well. Miguel and junior state adjustment periods we come out stronger but it sure doesn’t feel that way!
@andybreedlove
@andybreedlove Год назад
@@talliekinzler5558 have you found a place of no symptoms at all? At rest or doing activity? I seem to be in the trenches despite my best attempts 🤷🏼‍♂️ heart skips 100 times a day, among all the other classic symptoms. I try to be indifferent to all symptoms (tricky) and tell my nervous system to chill out, redirect my thoughts (again, they come back harder, like a wave - of past memories etc). I don’t ‘fear’ the symptoms as I understand what’s causing them, I just don’t ever come to a place of true relax/no symptoms. I figure the nervous system has stabilised in the wrong place - but as long as it is, I don’t seem to make progress? So when I consider it as adjustments when they flare, I ride them out as positively as possible - but have been declining in ability for months? Originally I could watch screens and things but now it’s impossible, just everything gets harder each time I have a little push and adjustment. I have crashes too, which are paralysing, but adjustments I can still do minimal things. Following as best as possible all Miguel’s advice/channel, but declining? Soon it will be me and my thoughts left, which with the brain fog and memory loss are coming faster and faster. Like my life replaying and sending me nuts..

I have had cfs for 8 years . And I don't take any supplements or medications, I just let it getting better by itself. I work 60 hours per week . I don't want to be independent into drugs. Everytime cfs flare up I just take few days or even weeks to get rest. My boss and my co workers just thinking I am lazy buy it is okay 👌
