I dry it out in the oven on a very low temperature for a few hours then blitz it in my blender. It turns it into an all purpose powder that can be used to flavor almost anything. You can also add the pulp to baked goods or throw it in homemade stock. There’s definitely no need to waste it.
@@skaterlover1999 It really is going to depend on your oven but I simply spread the pulp out on a cookie sheet in a single layer, then put it in the oven on the lowest temperature; around 175, for several hours…I want to say at least 6-8. You’re basically dehydrating it so you want it to go until it’s completely dried out. Check it every two hours or so. Also check on here to see if there’s videos on it. Great idea. You could spread it thinner on a baking sheet and dehydrate it and make chips for dipping too. Or use it as fertiliser for plants but I don’t know if that actually helps plants. Don’t see why not. 🤷🏻♀️
Sometimes I use them as a face mask, most of the time I throw them into my plant soil 🪴 & give it back to the earth, depending on what I juiced I have also used it in marinades for chicken kabobs, I have also fed it to my dog.. we get creative around here to avoid waste
When your juicing, you need to mash it up good, and add it back to your juice. Many people are not aware that you need that fiber to help break down that fructose, and it helps to break it down in the liver.
Question. Is the pulp still full of nutrients. Can i dehydrate it as well and still have nutrients as well. Will it still have most or all of the nutrients? Anyone know?

You had me til you said "gwa-lah" at the end. It's pronounced "wah-lah" (and spelled: voila). Lastly, it's redundant to say "there you have it, voila" because voila literally means "there it is/there you are".
