While working on my brand's name and image, I've been in stores studying other brands' shelf presence. I've noticed most wine brands don't appear to have their name trademarked. Why is that? I appreciate your videos.
The brand names and/or Fanciful names may be registered marks without the (r) symbol due to label aesthetics or other reasons. The mere absence of a (r) symbol may be intentional but does not mean a trademark is not in process or registered.
