I definetely feel like there are some economic indicators that point at 2024 being another wild year in real estate. Thank you for your best wishes. 2023 was challenging for A LOT of realtors across the nation and the start of 2024 isnt much betterr, those that did not bring a lot of value and did not prioritize their business activities are likely not going to make it. I saw some forecast estimating that we will lose to the tune of 2MM agents this year. I suppose only time will truly tell
I think all the indicators are pointing at that. It’s hard to tell exactly what the future holds, but I don’t anticipate the wages (they can’t go down) or materials or the cost of land going down in the future. So I think on a 5 year scale we will see a pretty substantial increase in prices. Unfortunately
