For 6000php and close to the beach, I would definitely move in. Worst case scenario, I would just run my ac in the room and buy a large fan for the living room. What I saved in rent, I would run up in electricity🤪 That’s how my brain thinks 🤷‍♂️🤦😂🤣😂

Well, that's not bad for a start, everything else will come with time. The important thing seems to be that you have the grocery stores etc. right in the neighborhood and can also save on the rent for the other purchases for a more spacious living. For the time being, inexpensive furniture from the second-hand market etc. will suffice.
