Ohhhhh, the pregnancy pillow saved my back. My last baby was 8 pounds 14 ounces…essentially 9 pounds. I was huge and tripped everywhere. The weight was much for my back and that pregnancy pillow maintained my back health and enhanced my sleep. Great video and advice!
