Do not order after I opted for the executive choice many times I told them no socks no belts no shoes and still they would send them to me why do I need 40$ socks? And 120$ belts the executive is supposed to come with dress shirts but they kept sending T-shirts had to go return them 3 times the 4th one was the last strike they do not read your profile and takes ages to arrive. NOT WORTH IT your better off going to Bloomingdale’s outlet or JCPenney

WORST WORST WORST - Be advised NO REFUNDS, NO Previews before they ship, very frustrating to deal with regarding exchanges. ALL steps are a waste of time just to receive ALL WRONG Sizes in the first box. I would recommend avoiding them and using any other subscription service.

Stately are a bunch of crooks that won't provide refunds ever. They don't care to accommodate their customers. I was on the presidential plan and didn't cancel the next subscription box in time, missed the deadline by only a few days. They are now not making any accommodations to refund my money. Please choose any another company for subscription based products, they are obviously not doing well enough to really accommodate their customers. The clothes are just ok, often the button shirts they send you are made too wide, almost as if they were bought as a bad batch that didn't sell well at a retail store.

Overall, the shirts appear to be slightly too big for your frame, if they were slightly tailored and sleeves slightly shortened, it would look better

The brands they’re touting as “high end” are all available at TJ Maxx and Marshals for a fraction of what they’re charging you. Just pick up your best gay friend, take him to one of those stores, and he’ll hook you up. 😊

This IS a subscription service. You pick out the amount of money you want to spend for each box. You can ONLY return something for exchange or for a different item of the same value. You can NOT get a refund for any items you don't like. See my review from 7/3/2024.

my question about the subscription is do I have to pay every month or is it every three months or whenever they ship out a box?

If you order the monthly subscription (one box per month), you are charged for that box, at that time.

I did Stately’s for about half a year before I cancelled. It was a complete waste of money. It’s more of a scam than anything else. The clothing is cheap and I have not worn one single piece of clothing they have sent. All of the pieces fit awkwardly and you could easily tell they were after market for places like TJ Maxx or places like that.

Statelymen is the worst! Not only do they sent you crap clothes, but they also will not let you ask for a simple refund for an item you didn’t like. You must tell them why you did not like the items and then they send you more crap clothes. And then you get to repeat that about three times and then they send you more boxes and keep charging you after you cancel. I only wish that I had looked at their trust pilot, and BBB reviews before I made the mistake of subscribing.

I disagree about the quality of clothes. I have a girlfriend whose a graduate of F.I.T., was a designer, and has a fantastic background in style and fabrics. She's quite impressed with *most* of their clothes, though not crazy about the fit of jeans. Their real problem is the number of problems and errors. They just recently sent me a box which was supposed to be for a different customer. I'm not sure how they made THAT mistake. I wasn't supposed to even get a box this month. I'm not going back and dealing with the traffic to the UPS Store, and they won't send UPS to my place for pickup, so as far as I'm concerned, the box is mine to keep, though many of the items are way off in style and size of what I wear. In terms of refunds, remember this is a subscription service, in which you agree to spend a certain amount of money per box. Just like any subscription service in which you spend a certain amount of money per shipment, if you don't like what they send you, I'm not aware of any companies that let you return something for a refund, but rather offer you a replacement.

Stately vs. Stitch Fix? What is your opinion?

Stately in my opinion is more clean cut and proper. They specialize more in business attire. Stitch Fix is more casual/trendy. Stately you just get all the outfits for one price but stitch fix you choose what you want to keep and what you want to send back.

I was a member of Stitch Fix for a couple or three years. Their clothes are also good quality, but the styles weren't for me. Their curators did a good job of picking matches for each box, but I think the clothes are better from Stately. BUT, the service has gone down, significantly. See my review from 7/3/2024
