The quality of your videos is great, and the info is always solid. I have a couple of Roka's that I really enjoy, they are made for running. Their metal alloy (or titanium) frames are nice and light and they don't slip at all. Very comfortable overall.
This video not even talking about real the problems long distance runners face while running with sunglasses on. And that is when runners are sweeting a allot while running long distance , and that sweat covers the lens of the sunglasses and causing more problems than solving the issue of sun glair....and this is the reason maximum professional athletes avoid wearing sunglasses during events and races unless they are getting PAID TO WEAR THEM.
