Here’s the deal… *I’ve been arrested anywhere between 15 to 20 times* , and I am barely in my 30s. And I am a “law-abiding” citizen; I don’t steal old ladies purses or violate anyone’s personal rights, in other words all of the arrests have been for bullshit!! All this time I used to “make deals” because I didn’t know my rights, or any of that, and one time I did hire a private attorney (who just basically wanted to get his fucking money) and first thing he did was tell me to plead guilty, I didn’t even get a deal, no deal just plead guilty. I doubt if he spent maybe 5 or even 10 minutes looking over my case. You get a reputation among cops, and among judges and among prosecutors. You have to stand up for your rights from the very beginning to the very end. 1. *DO NOT TALK TO COPS* other than short, polite responses, but never about a material fact 2. *DO NOT CONSENT TO SEARCHES* at any point for any reason 3. *ALWAYS PLEAD NOT GUILTY* Even if they have photos of you playing golf with Satan 4. *ONLY GET AN ATTORNEY THAT IS 100% WILLING TO GO ALL THE WAY* Ask him if he’s willing to take this to trial, etc. if he says anything like “we might be better off with a deal” immediately leave; just walk out of the room, find another attorney, no second chances You will get a reputation as someone who is difficult to run over, you’ll find that when you start pleading “not guilty”, if you have bad luck with cops, judges aren’t even going to take it to trial, you’ll go to arraignment and plead “not guilty“ for a U-turn violation, and the judge will often just dismiss it right then and there, no trial. *FOR MILITARY PEEPS* remember your *SERE training* what did they tell you?? Other than giving your identity, the more information you tell them and the more you comply, the WORSE they treat you. THIS IS THE SAME WAY. The more you want to “work with” the system the worse it will treat you!!!

You know one thing I do is challenge jurisdiction. I've won using this method. If I get a ticket, I don't say shit to the cop cause I don't care. I get my ticket then send them a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. Once jurisdiction is challenged it's gotta be proven. They can't prove jurisdiction unless they serve you, arrest you on warrant or you walk in there and consent. That's my method at least. Gotta keep them in line though, but it's fun.

Cops given you tickets, avoid the attorney and represent yourself it’s free. Judges aren’t our bosses. Prosecutors aren’t our bosses. Go to your state website and download, fill out any motion you’d like. It’s free. (Follow appropriate criminal procedure regarding time limits to filing. It’s chapter 10. If they don’t produce, file a rule 12 motion to dismiss.) Not all infractions allow for discovery...but you clearly knew that. You won’t be in federal court over a criminal matter, it’s state court. Governments are immune for tort suits, they’re immune absent gross negligence. Cops, DA’s, PD’s and judges all get paid from taxes...not a fund fees go into. We pay a ton in taxes. Way more than our appointed clients. But again, you’ve nailed us. Hey, you should also argue the court lacks in personal jurisdiction over you while your in court. Best of luck.
Who told you this BS? Governments are immune from suites? No they are not. Federal courts can hear both criminal and civil cases hence Title 18 of the USC and Title 28. You can sue any official, city or state. The states do not have sovereign immunity under the 11th Amendment if their laws are repugnant to the constitution, nor does the Federal government under Federal Tort Claims Act if they commit actions outside of the constitution.
@paranoidpatriot ...... You can appeal but wont know why he denied your motion is all. Read the criminal code of procedures and court rules. It will help you.
@elitedefense72 the problem with that idea is that once you become a member of the bar you are beholden to the court system. You become an agent of the court. If you fuck with the system the system will fuck you.
@NETWizzJbirk Sorry to drop all that on you but its what i found out through research. All Judges/Lawyers/Attorneys etc all work for the same CORPORATION/THE B.A.R so are not your equal. If you hire a Lawyer/Attorney you then get classed as an incompetant/child/ward of the state and your Lawyer WILL override all your wishes because they are all in the Game for their wages. You have to stand as a Man of flesh & blood and of mind,body & spirit created in the image of God. They swore an Oath to God
@Tactikalguy1 So, for instance, if I file a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction because there is no crime/cause of action presented. If the judge denies, even if I object, the issue is not preserved for appeal? I can't later move to vacate on judicial error or bring the issue up on appeal? If that is correct, then what is the point of filing motions with some of these lower level crooks?
At 9:08 when you're talking about them denying motions without giving a reason or just saying frivolous, and covering their but for reversal on error, are you talking about on appeal? i was unsure if they make a clear error by denying my motions, can I object and reserve the issue for appeals? @elitedefense72 Yeah, for all these amateurs researching the law, why don't they just become lawyers? Now that would be an investment. Sure, it may cost a fortune for law school but think of it: they would be genuine representatives of the law and uphold like you said.
