The entire world has killed their forests and jungles. Deforestation is rampant in almost all countries. The amazon might be crucial to our survival but all governments led us to this point. Exploiting oil and burning it was just fine when 1st world countries where ravaging the poor and displacing indigenous tribes to line their pockets, but poor countries like Brazil are being looked down upon for wanting some benefit of their own. I say get that oil and feed your people. Rich nations have no right to tell Brazil what to do.
