Most of the time I only watch a video like this for about 10 seconds then click off because it is incredibly over processed, pitch corrected, etc etc etc. But you have none of that and this is INCREDIBLE! Amazing job!
Honestly, you can feel so much pain and misery in her voice. And that is so rare and beautiful at the same time. It just makes you wanna hug her and tell her, that we have all been there (and maybe yet even are).
