I personally thought that Neil Patrick Harris did a great job hosting the Oscars. I loved the opening musical number with Neil, Anna Kendrick, and Jack Black. I think in the future, the Oscars should consider Anna Kendrick or Conan O' Brien as candidates to host a future Oscar Awards show. Anna Kendrick is funny, smart, intelligent, comedic, witty, and can act & sing on movies & on stage, too, like Neil Patrick Harris. I liked what David Burtka said about all of the hard work Neil put into his hosting gig. Neil has a good partner in his hubby, David Burtka. The joke I liked the best was the Benedict Cumberbatch, John Travolta, Ben Affleck, and Idina Menzel one. That had me laughing and cracking up throughout that entire segment. The reading the card that was in the Oscars predictions briefcase was also funny as well. When I think of Oscar hosts in the past and present - I thought Neil was good. Ellen DeGeneres, Billy Crystal, & Hugh Jackman were good. I think the only Oscar Awards I felt that went flat a little & was kind of underwhelming was the one that was co-hosted by Anne Hathaway & James Franco. JMO. When the Oscars pick sharp, multi-talented, comedic, funny, intelligent, engaging, smart hosts - then they tend to fare well with those hosts. Anyways, Neil Patrick Harris did a good job hosting this year's Oscars. I also like the velvet blazer jacket he is wearing in this video with the flower. This velvet jacket was the last jacket he wore on stage tonight at the Oscars. :-) I like that Neil Patrick Harris, Jennifer Hudson, & Wes Anderson - the director of "Grand Budapest Hotel" wore velvet tonight. :-)
Hey You know that time when you said "this"? Yeah, that was great, that was awesome. Reporter doing an imitation of an old SNL skit (unintentionally awful)
