For those interested: Juggy can combo two Juggernaut Head Crushes from anywhere by doing Headcrush -> HP Juggernaut Punch (OTG) XX Headcrush. The key to doing Juggernaut Punch after Headcrush - at least in my experience - is to do a reverse dragon punch motion as HC ends (input this while opponent gets knocked way into the air and Juggernaut is off screen). Also, don't forget that HC can do up to 8 hits if you smear your hands back and forth across all the buttons.

I watched 3 matches on Twitch rivals, I've never seen such a repetitive and boring competitive game, the same 8 characters in every composition, never again.

@@InitialDL84I hope they make a rivals with banned characters, so maybe the guys can vary their teams a little, it would be interesting. Who knows next time? I agree with you high tier fights get repetitivo very quickly, but it's undeniable that the players were very good anyway 😅.
I said it during the stream and I'll say it again: Juggernaut is my second favorite X-Men character of them all, and I just love how he's depicted in the Vs series games. I wish he was *better* in MvC1/2 so I'd see people using him more, but I just love this iteration of him in general so always happy to see him around. So cool.
When you were talking about "un" glitching Juggs, you didn't have it when you tagged out. You whiffed and then tagged him out. There was no "un" glitching or nerfing.
Every time Juggernaut throw a grounded heavy punch (or kick) you can go into Earthquake or Juggernaut Punch super immediately. Jug Punch is easy to punish, but Earthquake is very safe, does a fair bit of chip on miss, and builds meter. IMO Juggernaut is all about abusing his rush super. It comes out immediately and if you are good with it you combo into it from throws, or use it as an anti-air, and it is a decent punish.
That glitch basically made him viable. Otherwise, might as well just pick Colossus or Hulk if you are going for a big body support character. I don’t mind them removing gamebreaking glitches like when characters fly off screen, but stuff like this was a staple of the game for so long, I have no idea why they removed it 👍.

Here are some tips for getting the glitch safety. Q 1 Power up, head rush super whiff / kara / fast DHC cancel to photon array super. Do it timed so they can't SJ up towards. 2 alpha counter out 3 tag out in a manner that results in a hit trade to reduce recovery.
You didn't disable the Jugg glitch by reactivating it, you lost it because you performed an action before tagging out, meaning you never had it in the first place.

I play the Jill/ Doom/Jugg team and I would recommend to try it in that order, that way you can DHC Jill's air super into Doom's finger lasers and OTG after it
I know I’m not crazy, but at 13:02, did I just hear someone died and the announcer said “FINISH,” but the character is not dead yet? Must be my imagination, but just listen very carefully!
I think if your looking for a good 3rd character for Juggernaut and Doom. Sabertooth would be good. Big body for body blocking Jugg and birdie assist covers him moving in. Doom doesnt have to do much different he is primarily there to throw rocks.
I don't know what's worse right now dealing with someone who can cook with juggernaut or someone who can cook with any lore accurate broken character in sparking zero 💀 either way the training mode is gonna be my best friend for a long time for both games 😭🔫
@dunes8817 capcom does this new tactic. Release digital first and physical a month later. There banking on fans not wanting to miss out and with fomo buy it. It's sad and disgusting. They did with dead rising as well. They sure as hell did not try that crap with the new monster hunter game
That would require them calling up 8ting. Who are busy with other things right now. And also telling them to do something with the MTframeworks engine. Which they may or may not have their documentation for(Capcom definitely has it, they just gave it to the guys doing the collection. Dunno about 8ting) Wait a few years.
@@janematthews9087 Yeah at this point Capcom might as well make a new vs game but unfortunately they would rather make 10 Resident Evil remakes. I get that it makes them a lot of money but I would really like to see other original games get love like Rival Schools, Darkstalkers, or Plasma Sword. I feel like Tatsunoko VS Capcom deserves a sequel too because it's such a good game that felt incomplete and more like prototype for MVC3.

" you say, huh... the fans would because it adds a new twist to the game? Umvc3 is still popular not as much as it was in it's prime but a lot of people still love the game including me even though I haven't played it in quite a while. I would prefer a new game altogether too but Capcom is more focused on other games.
@@Renegade77784 "Who would buy it" is still not answered, people who already bought it might be happy, but thats not getting you a swell of new players, especially enough to justify the costs that would be needed to get everything together and go back Also, MvC hasn't been getting balance patchs, they've been corrective patchs for netcode and incorrect emulation

They need to fix the damage and hit boxes on some the these supers. Seeing captain sword collect an opponent from the top rope only for it to do minimal damage and from full screen most times characters fall out of it is agonizing! Also Jin's Blodia Vulcan not KOing on chip. Ugh

I been having fun with juggernaut-dash/doom-antiair/blackheart-antiair keep em zoned with doom and blackheart, then punsh the shit outta them with juggernaut
@marcushamner5994 roster is 50% of the same characters lol Games are not a lighting game. It's a glorified action game. Characters all have the same moves and combos. Hack and slash with 80% running away/around lol
