One of the best and most beautiful songs on looking down on others and on kicking others, that I ever experienced. Moves me to tears every time I listen to it. The lyrics are _intense_ and cutting deep, and very true: "One day (all you so-and-so's), one day all your deeds will come back to you. Better stop looking down on others and kicking others. Because one day, you will not be _able_ anymore to regret and let go. You will just end in cold loneliness." Gives me _chills_ .

Ive always thought Mayu's clean vocals has this wonderful hint of Joan Jett mixed with Pat Benatar. Especially when she adds a little grit to it.

Great! With your growing list of reactions, so easy to forget that you're still new to it - lol. Great to re-live encountering this song for the first time. If you still think of Kitty as an OG band, try the band Show-Ya, Japan 1981, amongst others. These Japanese bands didn't come from nowhere, there's decades of history and inspiration.

Have you seen their new videos yet? They have released four different videos as a 4 member band..Rise and Back Into The Wild of their own catalog and two covers( cause they played together with those two bands). They sound phenomenal. They are maybe even stronger, heavier and better than ever. Raw pover-vibes. And all the reviews from their liveconcerts from past two weeks are nothing but praising how good they are as a Four Member band. Everyone is excited big time. And ladies are also happy too, their social media posts are full of happiness. They even did Instagram-live where Mayu(singer) playin drums, Tamu(drummer) played bass, Haraguchi(bass) played guitar and Hazuki(gtr) singin 😂 and it was crazy good 😅 So, I think we can say that they are back in full power 🔥❤️🤘

First song/video I ever heard by Nemophila and the one that sent me down the rabbit hole of J-Rock/Metal. Also, never appreciated screaming/growling until Mayu changed my mind forever.

When the girls of Nemophila started chanting...do you know what it reminded me of? The first thing that I thought of when hearing the song for the very first time??? Made me think of Marylin Manson: " Be-obscene, be-be obscene, be-obscene be-be obscene"))) John 5 ripping on the guitar while girls were chanting. Yeah, I love Marylin Manson)))

I've seen Band Maid (all four North American tours), Nemophila (twice), Hanabie (and Passcode) once live (Lovebites has yet to tour the U.S.) -- you won't be disappointed by the lives...when they come back to America, GO SEE THEM ALL!

Band Maid, Lovebites, Nemophila, Hanabie : What four/five-member American or European ALL-female hard rock/metal bands can you name that have such a high level of technical ability across ALL the members of the band? (For example, you might say the Iron Maidens, but you'd be wrong -- they do not (and did not) have top-drawer abilities across ALL 0f the members of the band; perfectly legitimate "fun bands" [e.g. Girlschool] had some decent players, but none of them will accepted into Julliard {P.S. I'm not dissing those groups, as I like both of them}).

Ah Ami - you keep falling further down the J-Metal/Rock wormhole. BTW, Lovebites is playing 4 shows in the US after their European tour, and one of them is in LA on Sep 10th. It sold out so fast that they move to a venue with twice as many seats (still only about 900) so you might want to check for tickets if that's close enough. So much still to discover. You can reference all of the Christian hard rock and metal bands that you want to -- they're reflecting my belief system, so there is no conflict for me. Basically, any enjoyable hard rock, metal, prog or punk act -- that doesn't explicitly promote the devil or black magic -- is a band that I'll be listening to.

Clarification: I made the decision (as to who I will and won't listen to) based on my own beliefs, and for ME. I have no intention of trying to set standards for others -- each person has the complete right to make the decisions that they feel are correct for them).
