What we eat in a day as a vegan family with a 3 year old! Easy, healthy plant based recipes you and your toddler will love and can help with in the kitchen! We also also talked about Tyanna's speech therapy!

Lasagna Soup: Brown vegan sausage with 3 cloves crushed garlic and 1 yellow onion. Then add 1 jar of marinara sauce, 1 box of veggie broth, 2 bay leaves and salt/pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 mins. Then add lasagna noodles (approx 5 broken in half) and cook until they are soft. Serve with tofu ricotta and shredded cheese :)

Tyanna's such a good cook. I had a speech impediment until I was in 3rd grade , I had a speech therapy in elementary school. By 3rd grade, I'd grown out of it. Today, I'm a college graduate. Tyanna will grow out of her speech impediment and she will continue to flourish.😆❤️😁

In my family, many of my cousins were only understood by their parents long past the age of 3. They are now professional, articulate, successful adults. I'm glad that there is early intervention for kids today.

I'm so glad we have early intervention. My 8yo had it too and he is now doing so well. He lisped a whole lot and could not pronounce some -st -sp etc words well. I never thought that these were things to worry abt but they actually are. My 2 yr old who is almost turning 3 is a lil behind compared to his older brother when he was that age, but he is a sweetheart and a working progress. We have an intervention grp called HELP ME GROW funded by the my state or city i think, then he has OT and Speech once a week each (Fridays and Saturdays). Once he turns 3 (April), the public school will be enrolling him in pre-school. His potty training has been a nightmare but daycare is helping a lot.
